Our Frigidaire 18,000 BTU went out after 5 years and we needed a replacement. Ordered this one thinking it would be a serviceable replacement but we were dead wrong. Thing ran for about 3 days before struggling to turn on. We thought we iced it over but fan won't turn on either. Controls work but nothing happens. Never heard of Keystone and I can see why. Should of stuck with my gut and went namebrand, will be exchanging for a whirlpool.

Yes it's okay just has issues with the so called 3/8"s screws and the fitting of it. Other than this it can freeze you out!

After researching and reading several reviews I was hopeful this air conditioner would be a good replacement for one that lasted 17 years. This air conditioner has exceeded my expectations. It cools a very large area quickly but more importantly quietly. Delivery took longer than expected and needed to be scheduled by a delivery company. Easy to install and works great! And the price was fantastic!
