This is arguably the best-looking refrigerator you can buy without spending $10,000 on a built-in luxury brand. The "Platinum Interior" is stunning and makes your groceries look like a display case. However, like a luxury car, it can be high-maintenance—specifically the ice maker.

Looking at it at my house now it’s so satisfying, it also looks bigger, works great and looks nice

Extremely well made.....beautiful in appearance....absolute top quality. The four door set up took some time to get use to but once youmaster it....no problem. Could use a littleore space for tall items. Very important to utilize the door shelves. Overall very pleased with the KitchenAid Refrigerator we purchased.

A little more interior space would nice, but we bought it knowing it was smaller inside. You can see all the food. So nothing gets wasted. The vegetables stay fresher due to air freshener. Everything has its place. You will need a separate egg holder or use the carton they come in from the store. It is for 2-3 person household or someone with an extra fridge. We love the look of the wood and metal interior. It is quiet and the fridge is in a rancher, so our MB is close to the kitchen and we do not hear it run. KitchenAid has outdone themselves with this refrigerator. Find a way to make it a little bigger and it is perfect!

We purchased this to replace our older Kitchen Aid French door refrigerator. It had served us well for 15 years and we were ready for something new. After shopping around and looking at all the different models Kitchen Aid was offering I decided to go with this one. It is slightly smaller than our old one but there are only 2 of us at home now so I don't really need the huge one anymore. One of the best features is the flex. door on the bottom right. I love that it goes from refrigerator to freezer depending on what our needs are week to week. I also like the fact that I can have the door open and still use the ice and water feature. The sliding shelves in the top and the recessed area for drinks makes this a winner. I don't think it would work for a huge family unless you have a back up somewhere else in the house but for 2 people it is great.

This refrigerator stands out as one of the most aesthetically pleasing of any on the market currently. It is sleek, hefty, and has a usable layout. My issue is twofold. First, the delivery was rushed. The delivery people worked hard, but left a significant scuff on my entryway. They used a box cutter to remove plastic on the front of the refrigerator and left us with a deep scratch on the front door. Additionally, one of the drawer shelves sustained damage. The drawer has a chip and a scratch in the front, and the shelf has some loss. Unfortunately, the sleek design only highlights these issues. Lastly, I've had the refrigerator 1 day. I entered my kitchen this morning to find ice on the floor from the ice maker. I am struggling to get help from Best Buy to address these issues fully.

The wood accent really gives it a luxurious appearance. The flex zone gives you versatility. It great as a drink fridge where the younger kids can get there own juice boxes and water bottles. Plenty of storage still left in the freezer. My only complaint would be that wished they had a black stainless option!

Having so many doors means in a counter depth fridge means large items cannot fit and/or you may need access to another refrigerator-freezer. This is true even in comparison to other counter depth models. It does look very nice. The metal pulls on the drawers in the freezer are high quality and attractive but cold to the touch of cuorse.

The KitchenAid refrigerator is a blend of style and function. Its spacious interior and adjustable shelves make organization a breeze. The temperature control keeps food fresh longer, reducing waste. The sleek design elevates any kitchen. Though pricey, its performance and durability make it a worthwhile investment.
I looked at and dreamed about this refrigerator for a long time, then decided to kick out my still-fully-functional 20YO Frigidaire side-by-side in favor of this fancy beast. It is indeed beautiful, but mine had a flaw right off the bat with the refrigerator not maintaining a cold temperature, and it turned out the control board was not connected well at the factory. The servicer ordered a new control board from Whirlpool/KitchenAid, which arrived damaged itself, so the old control board was further corrected and checked and now all seems okay. The way KitchenAid wrapped the handles was a nightmare. I was helping the installers unwrap handles so they would not be stuck here for hours.

this is one of the best fridges I have ever owned. What I like about it is that each compartment temperature can be controlled separately. It runs and dispenses ice quietly

Beautiful! But it does not hold a lot of food; small on the inside also the ice maker on the door is very noisy; but other than that- its great

I've had this stylish 4-door refrigerator for six months and am very happy with it. It holds a surprising amount of contents without being so deep that things get lost at the rear. I use the flexible compartment for beverages and condiments since I have a large freezer for longer term storage, and it's easy to see what I have in the well-lit compartments and drawers. I enjoyed the red accents on the handles so much that I bought a matching double-oven electric range. Food keeps cold easily and fresh far longer than in my previous refrigerators. The ice maker and dispenser works well, as does the water. The measured water feature is handy so I don't have to hold the glass while it fills. Plus all the sides are magnetic to hold art, notes, and photos!

Cool design, but not for everyone. We have a huge chest freezer where we store the bulk of our frozen goods. The interior volume of the KitchenAid is only 19.4 cu ft so it's on the smaller side of a freestanding french door combo fridge/freezer. I like the flexible temp zone (the lower right quarter). it has a removeable wine rack for 6 bottles. We have it set up for 3/4 as a fridge and only the lower left quarter as a freezer. I would recommend this fridge for someone with a smaller family (1-3 ppl) if you don't have a chest freezer, but would be fine for a larger family if they have a secondary freezer. It is on the expensive side but is considered a premium model as KitchenAid is Whirlpool's premium brand. It has a nice removable ice compartment, but is on the smaller side. Removing the protective plastic film left tiny hard to remove parts of film that is sandwiched between the trim and the doors, KitchenAid should rethink how they apply the film.
