We really like the microwave. It has all the functionality were we’re looking for. Clean sleek look. Downside: we missed the fact that the beeper cannot be muted nor is there any way to adjust the sound level. We would not have purchased this model had we realized this. If an annoying, very loud and persistent beeping noise does not bother you, this is a great microwave.

We bought this Kitchen microwave because we needed a specific size microwave. It looks clean and modern and works as a microwave should. There is nothing super special about it. The one thing about it I don't like, there is no handle on the door. It slams every time you close it. SLAM SLAM SLAM SLAM SLAM!!!!! This becomes very annoying after a while, since it can be heard across a few rooms, and we have kids and a 4 month old infant (that can also hear it during naps!). I also don't think it should fall in the $500 range. Maybe $300, and that's pushing it. You seriously need to rethink this one.

We had a Thermador built-in for 18 years and it was awesome. This is fine, but it just seems to be made a bit more cheaply. The Start button is difficult to push in and can snap out pinching your finger. We also miss the "Quick Minute" feature. I am sure it will be fine. That being said, the Pac Sales representative was terrific. Quite knowledgeable and guided us to the company that makes custom trim kits for built-in replacements. That company did an excellent job,

The Product came slightly damaged. The product is a counter top model so the damage would be an issue if it were not being installed into a cabinet so that the dent in the product can not be seen. The product still works and is what I ordered. This is a replacement for a new microwave of the same model. That microwave lasted 2 1/2 years so out of warranty and not worth having the extra warranty of 2 years.

Love my kitchen Aid microwave. It works perfectly.

First one arrived damaged after unboxing. Top of microwave has way too little packing material inside the box. Best Buy was great and got another delivered within 2 days. Worked great... until.... 1 month later and the start button has started peeling from the control panel. It's not the most expensive microwave but I expect way better from KitchenAid.

Excellent microwave. No problems. We installed it ourselves without a problem.

This is large enough to handle big plates. I also like the features to heat up dinner plates, beverages, etc. I’m holding off on 5 stars because I find the door opening and closing very LOUD. The button sounds and beeping when food is ready are also very LOUD. Microwave, stop shouting at me, my kids are sleeping.

Microwave is easy to use, quiet, efficient, looks pretty in my kitchen! Also, large enough for all my cookware!

This is a very large microwave that fit my needs to replace my old one. It is 1200 watts and is so much hotter. That is one con. Also, my Jenn Aire was more automatic than this one. Con 2. Other than that the black stainless is gorgeous and goes with my appliances.

Original oven failed after 10 years, so bought this model to match existing trim. The first one failed after 3 days. No problems with the exchange through Best Buy and the second is still working after 3 weeks of moderate use. Functionally it does all we need and looks good in the cabinet. Reducing to 3 stars for out of box failure.

As far as function, this microwave does the job. What I am not happy with is that the trim kit was a pain to install and will need some extra work on my end to get it to look nice. Also, it's only been a year to a year and a half that we have had it and the button to press the door doesn't work well. I have to mess with the bottom of the door to get it to pop open.

Great Quality, Heats food up fast, lots of space, and looks good.

Crazy quiet! Bought to replace a 07ish model KA mic. Reason we replaced was due to the door sensor going out stopping the cook cycle mid time. We thought it was just due to age. Oddly enough, this model does it too. Must be a KA issue…

Bought this microwave to replace other. Wanted stainless built-in because the look would have matched my other kitchen aid, but it was too big. This one will fit.
This stainless steel model looks right at home above our older KitchenAid built in oven. It does require a trim kit at extra cost to make it match. Buying a countertop model not only gives you larger capacity, it costs a LOT less than a built in model. This unit operates quietly and does the job!

Bought this microwave to replace an existing kitchenaid that was built in that died after 10 yrs or so. Had to match existing appliances in my house to appease my wife. Works fine and is large.

It is a good macroway and grade for those who make reheats for 5 or 6 people and heats the food in less time compared to other small macroways
