I love the counter depth size and the design is very nice Some issues waiting for the delivery, it looks that they found something was not good so Best Buy decided to wait for another one with no issues só it was a delay but it was worth to wait. We understand that problems can happen it was a correct desicion

Love my new Kitchen Aid refrigerator!!! The style is perfect and was an absolutely perfect fit. Everyone from the sales associates to the team that delivered it were courteous and knowledgeable.

Had it for a month and so far I am very impressed. I took out two panels and voila - so roomy and can’t fill it with enough stuff. The grayish interior looks aesthetically pleasing. It feels more expensive than what it costs. Performance wise, it’s also proving to be of good quality. Water dispenser works well with good water pressure. Makes plenty of good ice. It doesn’t make any background noise most of the time and when it comes alive, the roar is brief and not jarring. The built feels solid and not flimsy. My only beef is that you need to push the doors all the way in otherwise it may stay ajar, not a deal breaker. Over all a smart purchase.

KitchenAid is rated the best brand of refrigerator by Consumer Reports and Wirecutter, so when this one was on sale, I bought it. It's counter depth, and a good looking appliance. The French doors and freezer on the bottom were difficult to get used to at first (different from my side by side). The deli drawer is as wide as the fridge, so you have to open both French doors to access it. I like the layout except for that. It's a little loud after the door has been open, but that settles and it's not very loud. When the humidity gets too high inside the fridge, there's a note to increase humidity control. I've had it for two months.

I recently got the KitchenAid 20 Cu. Ft. French Door Refrigerator, and it’s been a great fit. The counter-depth design looks built-in, and the adjustable shelves and pantry drawer hold large items easily. It’s quiet, energy-efficient. The interior water dispenser is a nice touch. My only minor complaint is the icemaker takes up some freezer space. Overall, stylish, functional, and perfect for smaller kitchens. Highly recommend!

I didn't pay full price for this unit BUT after owning it, I definitely would given how nice it feels, how clean it looks, and boy how cold it gets but also, that counter depth is on another level! my wife wasn't sure at first but once i put it in, she ain't turning back on it because it opens up so much room in our kitchen

Spacious space, easy to control temperature, but missing a storage designed for eggs (on the door for my old one). Other than that, I am happy with the overall design and performance of this refrigerator.

I have been very pleased with this refrigerator. The quality of this Kitchenaid seems to be far superior to refrigerators of the same size in other brands. The shelves and drawers are made from superior materials than that of other brands. I like the water dispenser on the inside of the door, it is not nearly as messy as one on the outside of the door. The freezer holds much more food than I expected. Best of all, I can see what I have. I love the counter depth, too. I would highly recommend this refrigerator if you’re looking for a smaller, quality product.

Great purchase. Sleek design blends seamlessly into my space. Ample shelves make creating your own layout easy as can be. Freezer space may look small, but holds a large amount of food, keeps everything nicely organized and the ice maker keeps up!

This was a great upgrade to our kitchen. We love the French doors with the bottom freezer. All our perishable food is at eye level making easier to see what we have. Settings are simple to use and easy to access

The size of the fridge is great and it has a nice look. I took off a star because, unlike other fridges I’ve had, you really have to make sure that you’re closing the door all the way or else the temp will immediately drop. You can’t just push the fridge door and let go and have it close, you have to guide it closed completely. It is also very sensitive to smudging (like most stainless steel)- for the price, I would have expected it to be more smudge resistant. I also removed a star because the rails in the freezer portion constantly freeze over, creating a rough and loud issue when opening and closing it.

Very happy with the design of this fridge, I found it to be functional, easy to use and easy to clean. Great shelf space and ability to customize when needed. Easy to see what is in the fridge. At first, I thought that produce shelves were on the small size, but they do seem to work for us quite well.

Great refrigerator, it fits perfectly in my small kitchen while being a statement piece. The delivery team did an incredible job to fit it through the very tight door opening while taking great care of the walls.
