Do not buy KitchenAid gas range. It cracks, cheap material. I am going to return mine. Didnt expect that cheap material for $4k gas range. Crap!!! Dont waste your money and time.

I have only had this oven for two years. And the amount of trouble and nuance this oven have gave me is many. Both my iron steel grates have cracked within 6 months of purchasing the oven. The oven occasionally rusts on the outside and inside of oven. The inside of the oven is very tiny so make sure to take measurements. Inside the oven on the bottom the cover never stays put and always moves around. On top of all this I dropped one drop of warm water on the inside of the glass while I was cooking , and the oven was on and caused the glass to crack. Customer service did nothing for me to fix any of these situations. I truly believe this company uses cheap material to make their products. If they had used high tempered glass for inside of the oven , it shouldn’t have cracked. Sadly I spent over 10k on kitchen aid appliances in my new kitchen and I will never ever buy again or recommend to anyone. Stay away from poor quality made company.

I bought this stove bc I loved the look of it. It got delivered and the stove had a gas leak on one of the burners, it was replaced. Well I have another stove n still every time I cook I have a headache and feel dizzy, I hear the gas on the front burners. Also the smell of the oven is so strong and I’ve turned it on so many times. I have to go get tested bc I think I feel sick only when I use my stoves

Originally they were a no show on the delivery date, with no communication, I went in person to the store and they rescheduled and promised a follow up, no response but I did get a new delivery date and then The stove was mangled by the delivery people. Still trying to get it replaced, talked to a representative in Central America, I was told they could not exchange it, that I need to go back again to the store. Found another one at a different Best Buy, but they wanted $325 to exchange it. Quite the run around.

Within two weeks of installation this oven failed. Unfortunately, it is not returnable. We would have had to return it before it was installed and before we knew that it did not work. We have been waiting 14 days for the Whirlpool service to come and fix it under warranty. Unfortunately, Best Buy does not do warranty work but they would come out for an additional fee. Aside from not being able to cook for two weeks, this has caused a cascade of other problems including spoiled food we had to throw away. Don't buy KitchenAid. The Whirlpool guy is no longer the loneliest guy in town.

This range when purchased, gave us great thoughts of what was to come. It turned out to be a disaster. After waiting for service from Whirlpool/KitchenAid, we were told it needed SEVEN pairs. None of which were available. Some of which were not going to be available for 8 months!!!!!! The biggest disappointment I've had at Best Buy. Most unhappy.

It was damaged when received, but having a professional stove for last 25 years makes this one look cheap. Bestbuy was wonderful and I upgraded to the professional model again
