The size of the fridge is great and it has a nice look. I took off a star because, unlike other fridges I’ve had, you really have to make sure that you’re closing the door all the way or else the temp will immediately drop. You can’t just push the fridge door and let go and have it close, you have to guide it closed completely. It is also very sensitive to smudging (like most stainless steel)- for the price, I would have expected it to be more smudge resistant. I also removed a star because the rails in the freezer portion constantly freeze over, creating a rough and loud issue when opening and closing it.

Had this fridge for about a month now. It works as it should and keeps food cold as expected. The drawers are made with very flimsy plastic and feel like they may break with normal usage. The water dispenser on the inside takes some getting used to, and the plastic frame around the dispenser button has already cracked with regular usage after just a couple of weeks. I expected a higher-quality product for the money.

Looks great, ice is made quick. Not sure what to do with the little shelf that can fold away. The water filter takes up a bit of room. Make sure to keep temperatures at recommended levels. We had it a little colder than recommended and the water line froze almost immediately. Other than that it has been reliable and looks great

The purchase went well, the install was terrible. The first install date went without install because the delivery truck broke down, then rather than delivering the next day it was idelayed by a week, all the time we were without a refrigerator and because we were instructed to empty the unit that was being replaced. Also the install was delayed because we were not informed that the water connection was not compatible with new unit resulting in another delay...not happy being without a refrigerator for several weeks right in the middle of Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays.....

Nice look, but the drawers, feel that they falling apart when you pull them out. Makes the ice slow to.

this is the second fridge first one a lemon, coolong fan hitting railsand it was a loud fridge. the second is working fine but still a lound fridge. will not purxhased a kitchin aid fringe again. For what was payed for this one price too hgih best buy did come thru replacing with no issues

We had to replace our first refrigerator. Now we're having frost build up in freezer. We bought Kitchen Aide because of the way it's built. Operation of refrigerator is not looking good.

The salesman was great, but their third party delivery was a nightmare.

The light is in the front and hangs down so there’s a whole space you cannot use. Also, the water filter is on the right hand and hangs down so you lose that space basically you don’t have much room on your top shelf. The refrigerator makes noise.

Nice fridge, but smaller than expected. Didn't realize until received and loaded with groceries.

It’s OK.. the first new fridge didn’t work at all so they switch it to another one The freezer is very small

Because of wife issues with back door or door opening on wrong side with it being difficult and awkward for loading

The ice maker broke within 2 weeks of delivery It was replaced.

Not satisfied with the size and wanted the stainless fingerprint free

We had a french-door KitchenAid fridge for 4-5 years and loved it, so when we moved we bought another. Disappointing. The first day a piece came off and wouldn't go back on. The quality seemed much cheaper. One of the doors wouldn't close easily. Not a good experience. So we returned it.
