I really like the design and functionality of this refrigerator. The ice and water dispenser is convenient and works smoothly, and the measured fill feature is a convenient feature, very helpful for filling bottles accurately without spilling. The fridge is spacious, runs quietly, and keeps food at a consistent temperature. Overall, i feel it was thoughtfully designed. However, I’ve noticed condensation forming on the freezer gasket, which is concerning. While it hasn’t affected performance yet, I’m worried it could lead to mold, sealing problems, or long-term wear. If this issue can’t be resolved, I may have to consider returning it, which is disappointing given how much I like everything else about it.

So far so good. We are enjoying it. We have the space we require to store our food and snacks. Beat of all the water dispensed tastes great. For some reason we have noticed some condensation on the door. I need to figure out what could be causing this. Bus so far we are very satisfied.

Overall I love the kitchenAide - I’ve had kitchenAide fridges for 20 years or more. Love the style, the features and reliability. Only had the latest purchase for a few weeks so I’m hoping it is just as good as my old one.

Owned for a little over a month. I love the room this refrigerator has. The ice maker works well but the dispenser throws the ice out hard which I'm not crazy about. Also the dispenser is too small for any tumblers. Love the room the freezer has!

The only reason this does not get 5 stars is that I think the lighting in the freeze is a little lacking. Otherwise we love it!!

This refrigerator is super nice and we love the grey interior color versus the standard white. Very roomy and great shelving setup. The only drawback is that it is a bit noisy when making ice and dispersing water but if that doesn’t bother you it’s perfect!!!!

Love the pull out freezer drawer, just wish freezer was larger. Ice maker takes up too much space on left door

This refrigerator works quite well. Ice maker produces a good quantity and speed. Looks nice. It makes a lot of weird noises. The ice and water dispensers are sub par but usable. The freezer storage is quite good. Overall is a good fridge and I would probably buy again but it isn’t the dream fridge.

The fridge functions good. I use temp sensors and find temp range fluctuates more than thought but not an issue. The looks are great. The fridge does make some strange louder than expected noises as it fills up water filter for ice, a gurgling sound. The exterior options for water dispense and ice type is nice.

Amazing fridge with plenty of storage, we installed it our selves and had no issues. The review has more to do with the installation by Best Buy than the actual unit. The installers dented a door and broke off a bolt head while putting it in. They tried to cover up the broken bolt that holds on a door but I caught it. Best Buy is replacing the whole unit tomorrow (after 2 weeks). The only thing wrong with the refrigerator is that ever time you close the door, a component in the bottom somewhere rattles. Can't find it so it's inside the mechanics. Hopefully the replacement doesn't have this issue and it was part of the poor job the installers did the first time around

Not happy with Best Buy! We waited two weeks for delivery of our new refrigerator and when it got here it was damaged. When they told me it would be another two weeks to get it, they assured me that I would receive a discount for the inconvenience. That never happened and we aren’t sure we got the refrigerator we bought and paid for over a month ago and never did get the compensation that they promised. When my wife called to complain that the refrigerator was not balanced they said was it within 15 days, which totally took her by surprise! It was within the 15 days, they sent her to the Geek Squad and then put her on hold for over 10 minutes, she got upset and hung up. Long story short, they never called back and we don’t think we got the right refrigerator as it doesn’t have the marinating tray. Now to top it off it’s on sale for 800.00 less than what we paid. Is the refrigerator we got a unit used to be a cheaper option for a sale price??? Really not a happy client. I spent close to 10,000.0 dollars and we are disappointed in what has happened. I will probably never darken their doorway again.

One week after delivery I needed a repairman to fix some rattling sounds. Its been a couple of weeks since and so far so good. I did however, get an extended warranty just to be safe.

Lots of space.... Nice size..... Ice maker and water are very handy.

Refrigerator arrived on time and Installation was completed in approx 2hrs. To date, refrig performance ok and presently am satisfied with operation. Am disappointed in no operation manual was provided! Unable to obtain Manual and required to download online. Unsatisfactory!!!

Almost 5 stars! We received this cadillac of refrigerator and noticed a scratch on the water dispenser area but Best Buy was quick to replace it. This refrigerator offers spacious and versatile compartments for perishable and non-perishable goods. The massive shelves can store plus size food items without worrying the door getting jammed. This piece of appliance is worth every dollar considering its reliability and quality. Highly recommended.

I really like the look of this fridge and the quality of life features it provides. Like if I leave the fridge open too long it'll beep at me. The settings are on the front panel and it's easy/intuitive to adjust them while the fridge is closed. I also really appreciate the removable ice crusher so it can be washed.

Great fridge, teplaced our model we purchased 5 years ago, O like that there are only 2 shelves in freezer which allow more space. The frigdge shelving does not allow enough space for taller items, but that may just mean i need to lower the shelving
