Finding a true 5 burner gas range was a challenge that didn't just have the oval griddle nonsense. I'm not impressed with the user guide-- it spends over 20 pages talking about installation but nothing about maximizing on the benefits & functionals of the range itself. Major miss in my estimation. Love the intentional super fast burners, the slow cook version and the dual 5th burner. The range of the heat control is impressive- it's not just high, medium, & low. The oven really needs a 3rd rack since the steam tray in the 2nd rack is a bit of a hassle to work around. I'm thinking having the app on my phone is overkill since it doesn't really do much except set the time and tell me the oven's now preheated. DUH- I'm baking in the kitchen.... Highly recommend this range if you're a serious cook at home.

Just replaced a Bosch stove with the new Kitchen Aid 5.0 cu. ft. convection range and couldn't be happier! Sleek look and heavy duty knobs that are built to last! can't wait to see all the functionality this range has to offer!

Very happy with product, however KitchenAid promise a free griddle when you register the product with them, to date they have not honored this offer

Havent had that long but overall great item! Hopefully, with spending quite a better of dollars this stove last much longer than your normal stoves.

Kitchenaid is a quality product, and we've been using the brand for decades. While we were disappointed in not being able to get a 3rd rack for the oven, it's an obstacle that I'm sure we can overcome, at which time the review would convert to 5 star. We love Best Buy!

Elegant looking, but oven stopped working six days after installation. Cooking on the stove heats up the computer (right next to it) and shuts it down. Had high hopes for this range.

I just received the item on 11/17 and the control panel on the range wasn’t responsive while the stove was on.

Burners on top work well. I do wish that they had flipped the orientation of the knobs. It would also have been nice to have one of the top grates have a removable panel for a rounded bottom wok. I have not used the oven yet other than to test the burners but it did heat up fast. I know some of the reviews mentioned that the outer housing gets hot but when I had it at 450 degrees F it was warm but not hot

We've used our stove less than a month and not tried all its features. All the burners and oven work perfectly. It's been the source of many great meals, either from the stove top or oven. It would have rated 5 stars if the lower drawer had deeper finger grips and glided smoother, It is easy to accidentally bump the knobs which trigger the the ignition when reaching toward the back and in our case, up to the microwave.

Great stove. I am glad I bought it. Easy to use, looks good and it cooks well
