This is a great range but I'm still getting used to the convection. You can use it with or without the convection and if you do use the convection, it will convert the temperature for you. I like having the 3 shelves since I do a lot of baking. The controls and the clock are on the top in front of the burners instead of on the front with the knobs. Still getting used to that too. I love the stove - the burners are excellent!

I bought this to to place a 20 yr Kitchenaid range that had come to the end. My final choice was this or bosch. I thought the bosch was better maybe but the stainless steel top I thought would scratch. I did like the bosch free stand the best but 3k. So far with the new oven been fine. The burner up high will burn hot. More features than the bosch. Overall happy settle for this at this price point etc. So would recommend. But only have had for 2 months. This has more features etc.

Our LG stove lasted exactly 10 years until it stopped working properly so we needed to replace it. We got a Kitchen Aid dishwasher that was impressive so we figured why not get a matching stove. Great move bc this thing is great. It looks nice and cooks well.

Our first gas range as we swapped from electric. Very pleased with appearance and ease of use. Cleanup of the cooking surface is easy as well. Very happy with the first month.

I have been using my KitchenAid stove for the last three weeks and I love it! I love the fact that there is no backing on the stove so it is just a flat top range so my pans fit much easier because of this feature. I love the broiler and the steamer in my oven , I’ve never had a steamer, but it comes in handy for keeping foods moist. I am very happy with my KitchenAid stove from Best Buy. I am very glad I stopped in that day.

Appearance wise, best looking of all ranges we considered. Performs well, but disappointed that it does not have air fry feature that other ranges of its class do offer, but overall still happy with purchase. Goes well with my Kitchen Aid dishwasher and Kitchen Aid refrigerator. Also disappointed that trim that fills the gaps around the sides and back of the range is expensive and has to be purchased separately.

Purchased this in December 2022 and have loved it. No issues at all. All the hardware feels solid and beautiful. Lights up quick, holds temps well, super easy to clean. Wife loves the convection feature.

I love my new Kitchen Aid gas range. Not only is it beautiful, but it works great. I’ve had no issues or concerns so far with the stovetop or oven function.

I did a lot of research and visited a lot of ranges, deciding on this one due to the simple sleek design. I'm looking forward to seeing how the steaming feature works when baking. So far it cooks evenly and I've had no problems. I installed it myself, using the special glue for gas lines. Leveling was not an issue. It takes longer to preheat than my old range, though I think it's because of the larger oven volume. I like that the top is black, so I won't have yellowing stainless steel from the heat.

We purchased this range 1 1/2 years ago to replace an old basic Maytag range that served us for 20 years. We chose to buy a high-end Kitchenaid range as a step up from the basic predecessor. Boy, what a dissapointment! The stainless steel range looks great and professional, but the materials are everything but. And this is why: 1. After just 18 months the printed labels for the burner locations at the knobs are starting to disappear. I expect that they will be gone in less than a year from now. The same thing lasted 20 years on my last stove. 2. The knobs themselves are disintegrating; the checkering is just a flimsy tape that is curling up, and the thin chrome-on-plastic coating is also bubbling. 3. The lacquer on the top part of the oven door is flaking off. We use the range according to instructions. We occasionally bake pizza at 500 deg, which the oven is made for. This shouldn’t melt the oven… Overall this is a devastating result for Kitchenaid/Whirlpool as a brand. I would be upset to see this on a $500 range, but for a over $2000 high-end range, I feel swindled.

I have had many high line ranges ( Thermador, Dacor). This range was a lower price point but it was a very poor value. It is poorly insulated ( the cabinet and counters on either side heat up to an alarming degree), the controls ( both digital and knobs) are poorly placed so they get turned on in error ( you can’t even clean the top of the stove without them doing on). The knobs are loose so if you press against them while getting something off a back burner they switch on enough to have gas escape. It cooks fine but it is a really poorly designed item with a pretty handle. It is also impossible to clean. It is the streakiest stainless I have experienced in the 5 stainless ranges I have owned and the caps on the gas outlets go flying off, potentially damaging the enamel. They just sit on top of the burners without even a slot to place them in. Stay away from this one.

I was torn between this one and the GE Cafe. For the price I went with this one. While waiting for the delivery I was at my mom’s and happened to cook on her GE Cafe which is about 2 years old. I found it super annoying, the simmer flame would not stay on for instance. I kind of panicked that my new KitchenAid might be annoying too but to my surprise it is perfect. The lowest setting keeps a nice simmer flame going and water boils fast on the high setting. We used the center burner w a griddle and it worked amazingly well to make pancakes. The oven seems to take a while to pre heat and the only other annoyance is that the touch screen is super sensitive. When you wipe it with a cloth it trys to reset itself or turn something on. I wish there was a way to turn the panel off when not in use so you didn’t have to worry about it, but all in I LOVE this range.

I love this oven. The burners are far superior to other gas stove tops I’ve used and the oven itself cooks food very evenly. Highly recommend this oven.

I am really enjoying the gas range! The oven gets up to the temperature it is supposed to compared to the electric range that I had previously. I just wish the installers would have gone over some of the things I needed to know, so I wouldn't have to page through all the booklets that came with range that don't even tell you what you need or want to know.

Love the look of this. It's a little annoying to clean because you have to remove one grate to clean under the other but so far, so good.

Love my new stove! It’s much improved from my old LG stove and i’m looking forward to using the air fry feature and convection oven. Most of the other stoves required me to have the gas line dropped 3 inches which would have been very expensive so i went with the LG again and am very happy!
