I love this product. All the controls are easy to see and to use. I’ve never owned a combo unit like this before, but using it is so intuitive I’ve hardly glanced at the small included manual. Everything I’ve made has turned out great. For me a big consideration was size. I wanted it to be able to handle a pizza or a large casserole, but it still had to fit on counter. Mission accomplished. The unit is about two-thirds of the size of my 900 watt microwave. Gives off very little external heat so no worries about overhead cabinets. The unit is quiet, the alert for when preheating is done/food is done is loud enough but not annoying. The internal light stays on when in use so it is easy to check on food through the glass door. The door itself is well constructed and the handle does not get too hot. And it looks quite attractive. I have already told friends they should buy one. My only suggestion would be to include more of a cooking guide. The booklet just listed times for about a dozen items, several of them being potatoes.

Just got this, the dial that adjusts temperature, pieces of toast etc doesnt work. Trying to contact Kitchen Aid, chat isnt working, been on hold for one hour and 32 minutes on phone and no one will answer. This is just ridiculous. Come on Kitchen Aid, talk to customers. It looks like a really nice product but I can only do 2 pieces of toast at a time and cant bake anything higher than 350 degrees. Kind of pricy for a 2 slice toaster. Sure wish someone would help me.

It doesn't even toast good at all it bakes okay, when it toasts it doesn't toast one side and burns the other side so I say a no go on it. I am returning it as soon as possible.

I previously owned a KitchenAid counter top oven that I loved so purchasing this one was an easy decision. I have never been so disappointed in a product! I followed the manufacturers directions for making French fries using the air fryer. I cut them using a mandolin to be sure they were uniform in size and cooked them at the temperature and time recommended. The fries came out almost burnt on the ends and raw in the middle. The convection oven doesn't seem to work any better. Yesterday I roased three beets, the size of small oranges and it took two and a half hours before they were done. My regular large oven can do this job faster not using convection. When roasting chicken legs, some of the grease splattered on the sides of the oven. When I tried to wash it off it didn't come off. The tray on the bottom is the same way. No matter how much you wash it the dirt does not come off. According to the manufacturer, it is coated for easy cleaning but that doesn't happen at all. About the only thing I found that works well is the toaster function which we do not hardly ever use. If I could give this product less than one star I would.

This KitchenAid oven does not toast bread evenly, nor air fry satisfactorily. For a KitchenAid product, it is very poor quality & performance. I'd like to return it since I barely was able to use it successfully.

The air fryer part of it sucks. I just mainly used it for cooking meats and toasting my bread and today I wanted to toast some bread and it just won’t come on. It was working fine last night but now absolutely nothing I will never buy this brand again.

takes longer to cook chicken ,then my old air fryer. and makes a lot of smoke when cooking chicken. the black pan gets burned and leaves spots you cant get out. i,m going to give it to famaly. and get me a new air fryer. waste of money.

This was a huge no for me. The oven itself gets SO hot. We got it so we could utilize something to cook smaller items - reheat leftovers, pizzas, air fry things. HOLY SCHAMOLY DID IT GET HOT! You can't even touch it if you're using it because it's so hot. Huge no for us.

This is small and burns toast. Coils too far apart and only 2 shelf settings. Wouldn’t recommend,also too hard to see the settings

1 star due to the fact that you cancel my PAID order just because I was not able to pick it up on the day YOU set! Who gives deadlines to picking up orders? I paid for it in person and set to pick up on March 8. No phone calls no nothing. I just happened to see the email that you cancelled it! What a disservice!!!

Not great. The pieces are cheap and hard to clean. Loved the way it looked, unfortunately doesn’t work as good as our 99.00 one before this one. I wished they put the quality into the function

Bought this some time ago and should have returned it! Ok for toasting and oven is fine. I use it to roast vegs often. Air fry function has been a disappointment. I have also found that the dial on the right has too much play and you waste time fiddling with it. But the worst problem is that the air fry rack is too close to the heating element. There's not enough room to grab the rack without hitting it. I have come close to starting a fire. There are burn marks on my oven mitts. Had to give up and start using tongs.

Just like other reviews here, mine is also missing the broiler rack. I exchanged it at a different BB and it was also missing the rack. I was told it’s manufacturer’s defect.
