The quality of the product is wonderful, when used it gets hot on the outside as well which makes it dangerous for anything around it. The only part that remains at room temperature is the handle. If you’re cooking on a hot day not a good idea. I have learned to use it only in the winter time. Too bulky for a small kitten. I’ve thought about returning it but I think it’s been two years since I purchased it.

Not happy at all with broil function which we used a lot to make garlic bread in previous oven. Top elements should stay ON for broil, but this is not designed that way and with a max of 450, cannot broil. Would retuen but purchased a few weeks ago and return policy was 15 days only, so now stuck with it. Tried to do a nonAmazon purchase to support other businesses and this is what i get, 15 day return policy.

Not good as an airfryer but does well for baking and that is the only reason I kept it. For the price I would have thought the airfryer would be top notch but I was very very disappointed. Happy I did not toss my PowerXL because I would have been without an airfryer.

Didn't like. Very nice looking but isn't a true air fryer - it's a convection oven. Air fryer by definition will have fan and heating element that are top mounted to blow down on the food. It took 8 minute to make "medium" toast. Also was missing the broiler rack that sits in the pan - apparently not included but documentation says otherwise - cannot purchase from Kitchenaid.

Absolute garbage. Came sealed in the box but it was damaged and scratched by the start button. It rattles so much while it's in convection mode. Very unexpected from KitchenAid brand. Ultimately returned it and went with the Ninja 10 in 1 and seems better built.

The Air fry option really isn’t an option. I tried to air fry 10 wings. It took 1:15 before they even started to slightly brown. This is not an air fryer. Oven only

Returning cannot get odor out of after about 6 hours of running it with door open in garage I have copd cannot breathe well don’t need this never used
