I really want to love this appliance, but I've found that the temperature controls are very inaccurate on it. After trying to bake potatoes in it, I put my oven thermometer in it and discovered that it runs 50 degrees cooler than the digital readout says. I have a pork steak in it warming up right now, but it's running at least 40 degrees cooler than the 350 I have it set at. This is on the Air Fryer setting. It does the same thing on Bake. Other than that I really like this oven. The size is just right for cooking french fries and meals for two people. It took a while to get used to the single knob time/temp controls, but I'm past that now. I just wish there were a way to rely on the temperature controls.

My wife and I bought this air fryer on sale back in Feb 2023. It was great and did everything that we expected from it, and it looked good on the counter! The sad thing is that now in July 2025, it just stopped working. The screen flickered and it shut off and won't turn back on. This has always been plugged into a GFI protected outlet, so not sure what happened. Was great while it lasted, but for a $230 appliance made by Kitchen Aid (who has been around a long time and produced some high-quality stand mixers), this was disappointing to just have fail. If you're looking for something to last, this might not be it.

This my first time purchasing an air fryer. I tried this product three times and it was ok. The toaster function worked well but I am not pleased with the air fryer. I had to cook the food much longer than instructed and it doesn't cook the food as well as the other air fried foods that I have tasted. The size height and width is perfect and it is very quite. But I'm not happy with the product. Will be returning.

Looks good. Easy to use. For air frying, it's not nearly as good as the dedicated air fryer we replaced with this but the other functions work great so we've kept this on the counter. So if you want a great air fryer, look somewhere else. If you want to replace your toaster and have an alternative to an oven range for small things, then go for it.

Ajr Fry and bake work grear. Excrot you would think that broil means just top element, right? Wrong, thry both turn on. Same for bagel with usually just toastes one side. So you actually only have 2 functions, not the 11 advertised.

Nothing special...in fact, we were quite disappointed after excited to find a KitchenAid brand of the newest of appliances that combine multi-functions. It took longer to cook things than our regular oven. We were even disappointed in the toaster oven performance. Sad because we love KitchenAid products.

Cooks very well and toast comes out perfect ;however, any setting that uses the blower is stupid noisy. Come on KitchenAid you're better then this.

High quality, but not good enough for the high price. It doesn't cook any more evenly than toaster ovens that are half the price. Food gets over broiled before the inside is cooked, even after extended pre heating. Like most toaster ovens, preheat times are fast.

This is much smaller and will not hold a chicken, you also cannot have two levels of food as the space is tight.

Unfortunately, the KitchenAid lasted less than a year. An unfortunate purchase

Did not like the way that it cooked my food. Not an Air Fryer. It works more like a toaster oven. I returned it.

we returned it and purchased an alternative air fryer

Don't like the way to set the time by turning the knob. Doesn't heat that evenly.

Bulky compared to other options. This one seems a bit like an older not-upgraded model

Takes a long time to preheat and at 400degrees it throws the breaker making the power go out. Have to operate at 350 degrees or less.
