Kowa - 8x42 BD III XD Wide 66° Angle View Fog and Waterproof Binoculars - Green

Refined from earlier models with new silicone eyecups, a redesigned focus wheel, and a lighter body, these Kowa 8x42 BD III XD Binoculars produce bright high-contrast images with true-to-life color, crisp clarity, and a wide field of view. Kowa's fully multicoated, extra-low dispersion fluorite glass lenses and phase-corrected prisms all but eliminate chromatic aberration. The 66° apparent field of view makes it easy to find your subjects—less searching, more seeing, as Kowa puts it—and a close focus distance of less than six feet yields beautiful views of nearby animals, insects, and flowers. The lightweight magnesium alloy chassis is wrapped in a protective rubber armor with a slip-resistant textured grip and is nitrogen-filled to prevent internal fogging.
