The system includes a high-quality 5.3-quart stainless steel pot and an insulated bowl that continues the cooking process after the pot is removed from the stovetop. After briefly heating ingredients on the stove, the pot is placed inside the insulated bowl where stored heat completes the cooking process slowly and evenly. This gentle cooking method helps preserve vitamins, minerals, and natural flavors while using up to 60% less energy compared to conventional cooking methods. The cooking pot is made from premium 18/10 stainless steel and features a Superthermic® sandwich base that delivers fast and even heat distribution. The double-wall stainless steel lid helps retain heat and moisture, while stay-cool handles provide comfortable handling.
