La Bataille D'Amour - Tabulatures & Chansons in the French Renaissance - COMPACT DISCS [CD]

The lute player and guitarist Maria Ferré's career is marked by a quest to explore the full range and potential of her instruments and with her keen interest in exploring the undiscovered music of the early music era and a burgeoning interest in the Renaissance guitar, this fascinating collection of songs and instrumental works from a broad swath of lesser known Renaissance composers seldom recorded and arranged by Ferré for the Renaissance guitar and ensemble.
