HOnestly i rate this A ZERO BUT THERE WAS NO CHOICE . You pay for geek squad thinking they will be the ones doing the service and install on items ordered. INSTEAD they source out the work to 3rd party companies. Who do not read directions. They are too busy reading their cell phone, parts fall from the bike because their focus was the phone. They did not leave me all tools that came with exercise bike ordered. Waited weeks for deliverery, now i cant use the bike as they were too lazy to do the job right handlebars will not stay tight they rock back and forth . I have to wait a whole month for another brand bew bike or service call. I could of done a better job installing the bike. Its not their money or property they dont give care.. . It us who has to take the time off to wait on them its us that loses money. HAVE YOU EVER SEEN A BIKE PUT TOGETHER WITH A RUBBER BAND. It was no where in the directions thats because they didn't read any they cut corners did it their way, and messed up a new bike at my expense. Best buy should really think about who they send out to do their work with their name. Its not impressive, I'm not happy waiting 1 month for another bike at the expense of their negligence of not doing the job right. Maybe others would have less problems if they followed the directions. I watched schwins video on how to put together and they did not do it like that.which caused problems with bike functionality now.

The treadmill was delivered on time. The two guys putting it together did a great job rather quickly. I could never have done that myself. They cleaned up after themselves after showing me the feature of the machine.

Awesome service by a superb, knowledgeable and experienced 3-man team!!! Although I’m very adept at assembling products from scratch, this Nordictrack would have been extremely difficult if not impossible for us senior citizens!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible service from the company that installed my equipment. They had no clue of what they were doing. My treadmill was not completely installed. At the end, they realized some parts were left aside and they even said I could throw them away because they were just decoration. The problem was that to put those parts on the treadmill, they would've had to disassemble the whole thing, but these guys were in a rush, so they left. I could have done a better job myself. My husband just went through neck surgery and I needed help with the installation, so I had to pay for the service. Really disapointed!

Assembly guys made scratches on the wall, but they didn’t say anything about that. I noticed that after they left, then call to customer center. That person said the incident has been recorded and somebody will contact me shortly to fix it. But no body contacted me more than 2 weeks…

As a TotalTech member I have had good experiences with installs from BestBuy, unfortunately this was not one of those good experiences. The first delivery missed two promised delivery windows only to finally show up in an unmarked pickup truck hours late. I had to reschedule the actual install, which was done by BestBuy employees who were very polite, but they didn't assemble the bike properly and did not demonstrate how to use it .

Parts of treadmill starting falling off, screws were loose, and they didn’t put on most of the washer. Now I have to recheck the whole thing to make sure it’s stable.

Less than 1 star, damaged equipment 3 times incorrect information provided from multiple people, no call backs when escalated. No communication when delivery schedule changed. Store and BestBuy.com not in sync. Store closed down and canceled my order. I didn't know until I drove to the physical store. This went on for 4 months!

After 1 month the motor is making noises. Bought it at Best Buy but they don’t fix these things. Bow flex wants to charge me $139 to have someone come and check it out. Pitiful!!!

While it took two visits by two different Total Tech contractors before it was assembled (the second contractor was great), the bike actually functions as we hoped. We have yet to get bluetooth connection to work, but my wife would not use that anyway. What does work well is the bike and its display. Delighted that we purchased it.

I'm 6'6" tall and max the machine in all adjustments (seat all the way up and back and the handlebars all the way up). Handlebars for me are fine when in seated position but when standing for some of the JRNY workouts it puts me in a position of leaning too far forward. My daughter is just the opposite as she is 5'1" tall and with all a minimum heights she has to stretch to reach the pedals. They don't sell any extenders or have any attachments so I ordered pedal blocks but they don't fit over the existing pedals with straps etc. I will be making some custom ones myself so that she can use it safely. Aside from those two issues I love the bike and all of its functions and the JRNY Membership is just extra motivation to get on in.

The 2 technicians that came to install the treadmill were very fast, very clean and they arrived exactly when they said they would, the only negative comment would be that they didn’t connect the treadmill to WiFi or they didn’t show me how it works and when I told them that it makes a noise when running they said that’s not their problem to solve. It was my understanding that the installation was supposed to include a brief explanation of how the machine works and complete installation with WiFi connection.
