Per instructions I mounted bike lock on xp4 in front and back tire to the seat post receiver part of frame and now I cannot get it off? Suggestions?
Hello, We sincerely apologize for any confusion caused by our initial documentation. The lock is not intended to be mounted on the back of the seat tube for the XP4 due to clearance issues. We are actively working with our product team to update those instructions. If you are currently unable to remove the lock from that area, please reach out directly to our Customer Support team so we can work with you on a solution to get it freed up! Once removed, you still have several good options for mounting your lock on the XP4 using the existing frame accessory mounting points: - Bottom of the top tube: This location typically offers plenty of room for easy interaction with the lock. - Top of the top tube: Closer to the stem. While it can be a bit snug, it is another viable option. We truly appreciate your understanding as we work to improve our documentation and solutions for all mounting options. What is the thickness of the metal used in the lock's blades that span out? Specifications say 0mm. That can't be correct.
