The bag is constructed from thick black Cordura nylon for rugged everyday use. Its water- and weather-resistant construction is suited to demanding studio environments as well as outdoor and location production while helping protect the sand fill from exposure to the elements. A double-zipper closure helps keep the sand securely contained and reduces the chance of spills during handling or transport. The zipper design also allows sand to be removed when necessary. Strong nylon-webbing handles positioned at the top and bottom provide convenient options for carrying, hanging, positioning, and using the sandbag as a counterweight for boom arms. The black finish also helps the bag blend discreetly into dark studio sets and stages. The saddle bag has a 25 lb / 11.3 kg weight capacity and contains sand fill. It measures 25.0 x 10.8 inches / 63.5 x 27.3 cm (L x W), and the webbing strap measures 1.5 inches / 4.0 cm wide. One saddle bag is supplied.
