Been a fan of Led Zepplin for a very long time! Saw them in concert back in 1977. Many of these songs were part of the "Song Remains the Same" tour that year. Was surprised to see it for sale at Best Buy. Price was good. Rock On!

It's Zeppelin what more do you have to say? If you enjoy classic rock music and more importantly artist who actually can play instruments and possess true talent then this CD is for you.

How can you go wrong with Jimmy Page re=mastering a classic album from the early 70's. I highly recommend Led IV for any music library

Been a Zeppelin fan from day have all the original vinyl, but they don't play in my F150. The remastered IV CD is excellent.

I always had this on vinyl, but I wanted a CD to listen in more places than home. Led never disappoints!

Great to see it repackaged as a mini album. I wish it would've come with more extras, but overall a goodbye.

this remaster was long over due and was done to the highest quality standards of Led Zeppelins lineage

Great album. The classic. I think my only disappointment is they didn't go back to the original tracks and do a 5.1 mix on a blu ray or DVD. I always thought it was incredible to hear Plant and Sandy Denny together. (She was so underrated in her short life). At first listen, it doesn't sound as if the remaster succumbed to the loudness wars that many of the remastering jobs have fallen prey to (even the Beatles 2009 remasters). For those who do not know what this is....it sprang out of the hip hop/rap artists wanting their albums to be louder and have more bass so they would use more compression and limiting until all the true dynamics were taken away. Many artists fell victim to it because it became au courant. Bonham's kit seems to be as powerful as ever and too much limiting would have destroyed the sound of the kit. Overall Page and his mastering engineer did a great job and it sounds as if they did a little sidechaining (that is a process where an mastering engineer compresses a certain frequency range or two to make an instrument come out a bit more in a final mix even though they are only dealing with a stereo mix and rarely have the original tapes. Those tapes probably would need to be baked being over forty five years old to get a decent digital transfer if a re-mix were attempted. The acoustic stuff sounds particularly grand and BLACK DOG......PHEW! Fantastic!
