Q: Instead of using lava rocks, can glass rocks be used instead?
A: We don't suggest to use the glass rocks because the fire pit is designed to use lava rock. We can't promise to use glass rocks is safe.
Q: Does it work with colored glass used in this type of fire pits?
A: Yes; I used color glass instead of the included lava rock. Looks great and works just fine!
Q: How many btu ? Are lava rocks included? Thx
A: According to another site it has 50000 BTU and comes with lava rocks. I should be receiving my order today and can confirm.
Q: What should we do if ours doesn’t light without manually lighting it?
A: Actually we disconnected and reconnected the gas tank and it works fine now! Thanks
Q: Can this be used in a cover/screened patio?
A: The suggestion is this product should be used outdoor for safe.
Q: Can I order a protective glass to go around it?
A: Sorry,we don't have this part to order.
Q: Is there assembly required? The specifications state no installation.
A: Yes, this item will come in a pretty large flat box. Each piece will need to be assembled. Read the instructions clearly especially when it says to keep certain screws loose. However the instructions are pretty clear and all the pieces are labeled.
