Purchased a year ago, at first I thought the mouse was the issues regarding the screen freeze. I switched out the mouse for another wireless mouse and still the same issues. I then purchased a wired mouse thinking this would resolve the issues however the CPU continues to freeze and I have to power down the CPU and reboot. I only purchased this CPU because the Best Buy specialist recommended it. I Should have stuck with the Dell

I purchased online an open box excellent condition all in one Lenovo computer. The shipment was not available. It took me almost 2 hours to get to the store in Brandon to pick up my order. Before I submitted the order, I read all the information about the computer, I spoke to several customer service reps and all of them stated that open box excellent meant: the computer looked brand new, included all original parts/accessories, and typically contained original packaging. At the store, they gave me NO BOX naked computer. There were NO accessories, no power cord, no instructions book. The staff was not helpful and not friendly. They said I got what I purchased. Horrible experience!

Absolutely terrible product I have had this computer for 17 days 4 days ago I finally had time to set it up. After setting it up the issues began almost immediately. Every time you click on any video or comtent that has sound the computer will make a loud brrrr sound and then completely freeze up. Since Im just a few days outside of best buys terrible 14 day return policy there is nothing I can do other than send it to Lenova for repairs and hope it isn't a problematic computer.

Needed a new computer. Wanted something not so big as far as PC part. Decided to try an all-in-one. This was an open box. Customer just wanted something smaller. It was originally 1000+ so the $779 was amaxing. It has worked amazing the year that l’ve had it.

Excellent desktop all-in-one computer. I have always been a huge fan of Lenovo. This checks all of the boxes for a home computer. It also works really well for remote work. I have never had an issue with it. It has been over 2 years since I've bought it and it still works amazing. Its also super convenient that it is an all-in-one so you dont have to worry about purchasing a tower. I will say that if you are planning on gaming or running something crazy like that, you may run into some lag or issues. But as far as a great at home computer for remote work and running basic softwares, you will have no issues. Also, it's touchscreen, so that's pretty cool. Also, it has a built in webcam that has facial recognition. It flips up and down into the monitor which is super cool. 10/10 recommend this for anyone looking for a new home computer.

Randomly shuts down while paused for only a short while- stays on but is totally unresponsive. Not sure if it’s a glitch or a bad and that’s why it was open box

In Settings, select Windows Update, and then select the Check For Updates button. Install any available updates and restart your PC if required. Great one it works but a pain when you have to return it within a few months. It started having the ghost touch screen issue where Windows would be flying open and moving because the touch screen thought it was being used. I had such a hard time trying to shut off the touch screen while it was opening and closing all these windows. Ultimately I had to send it back to the company to have a new machine sent back to me. So when it does work, it is great but it seems that a lot of people have had long-term problems with it
Lightening fast machine love it for the incredibly good price. Love the large screen on this all in one

Product stopped working out of nowhere after 2-3 months of light use. Best Buy is trying to help but I’m still awaiting a simple warranty claim refund from Lenovo. Lenovo has not been helpful at all, and need to resolve the issue ASAP. The software on this system is flimsy, there are glitches and freeze screens often. And clearly my very light usage took its toll when the thing just died on me.
