I'd rate it a 4 out of 5. It's a great budget laptop for basic tasks like browsing and office work. The 14-inch Full HD display is nice and the battery life is up to 13.5 hours. The MediaTek Kompanio 520 processor is fast enough for multitasking and the 4GB of RAM is plenty. My only gripe is the 64GB of storage, but you can always expand it with a microSD card.

Works as intended as I'm currently using it for college and personal stuff. However the only thing that I will say is that the drawbacks is the fact that the laptop doesn't have touchscreen as well as not being able to change the storage as you literally can't. Overall, It's a well designed laptop that can used for either work or college stuff but it does have it's limits with gaming

Decent battery life and good with multitasking jobs or running different apps at once. I’ve yet to deal with any issues with over heating despite not having many ports for air flow. The sound quality isnt that great as well withthe picture quality but overall a great choice on a low budget.

First, we always recommend keeping your Chromebook on the latest software update. This will ensure that the Chromebook will perform as intended. To ensure you have the latest software, click the time in the bottom-right corner, select "Settings", go to "About ChromeOS" on the left menu, and click "Check for updates". Your Chromebook will download the update automatically and prompt you to "Restart" to finish the process.
Secondly, we also suggest turning on "Memory Saver". This feature frees up RAM by closing inactive tabs and improving overall performance. To turn on Memory Saver, go to Chrome Settings> Performance, and turn on "Memory Saver".

Build quality was good, no glaring issues there. The computer functions as intended. There is an HDCP compliance issue which makes Prime Video have issues with this laptop even when using the provided chromeapp. This may be service related rather than the laptop's fault. The sound is not as good as my phone but I didn't buy it for entertainment. This is a device for work. All that being said, productivity wise the laptop does well, I was able to do my writing as well as get work done at my day job. The laptop offered good speed for what it is and is comfortable enough when typing. I haven't used a chromebook since the first ones came out and I'm very happy overall with the usability and functional improvements they added. TLDR: Good productivity laptop that does okay on entertainment.

The laptop is overall okay , good size screen I wasn’t happy about the color selection and my laptop was hacked the first few weeks I received it. Never had this problem in the past with other pcs again overall okay for it it’s getting the job done. Literally only use it for school assignments maybe twice a week.

I have no problem with Best Buy, or the item I purchased. My complaint is against using FedX when they have repeatedly been asked to leave packages on a side enclosed porch towards the back of our house. This package was left at a front door that has no protection from the elements.
