A: Bestbuy policy won't let me answer which company refurbished the unit, but it is of poor quality and reputation. Does come with an 18 month warranty that I wouldn't trust from said refurbishment company(they have less than 2 stars on google reviews). Mine was shipped without a valid windows product key, had to return it for a refund.
