Does this microwave have a child lock? I don’t want one with a child lock and if it does is it easy to deactivate?

The manual does not say how to use the power level adjustment feature. When I push that Power Level button nothing happens. I like to cook some things at 70% power, because that reduces the splattering. How is that done?
