So disappointed with this product and the installation, have total Tech coverage, I guess maybe the warranty part of it maybe worth having if anybody ever shows up for appointment to take care of the problem, after some no shows they sent a traveler, partially installed microwave above range, did a bad installation, contacted Best Buy, they made another appointment, this time uninstaller showed up, looked at the situation, seeing what had to be done, said it was a bad installation, called supervisor on the phone said would be back in two days with the parts to fix everything, again no call no show several times with appointments, called Best Buy told them to forget making me any more appointments I was done I had had enough. Microwave is a disappointment also. Have more appliances to buy, not sure if Best Buy would ever be my best bet again. Bought a washer dryer, above range microwave, need refrigerator, range,also, don't think I should buy anything more from them that I cannot install myself, or have installed by someone who can get the job done when it is supposed to get done, and done right. The Wi-Fi on the microwave is a joke, only thing it does is blast your phone every time it finished cooking something no matter where you are, all the special functions are limited to what they have programmed in the unit, sensor reheat has to have what you're reheating in there stupid list, sensor cook same thing, my 25-year-old microwave had sensor reheat you can put anything in it push sensor reheat and reheat it, with this stupid thing things have to be in their list, you are supposed to scan barcodes on product and the microwave will set itself up too the item, I haven't found an item yet that is listed, tells you that item is not listed so you can't use that option, air fry same way air fry what they have on there stupid list, that's it. Need to stop here getting irritated Oh ya, my pizza pan won't even fit in it

This microwave is the worst , its door is to big its over complicated , it has a horrible chime. I paid a forturne for this I reall regret it. The air fryer takes forever,you have to preheat it. The glass plate gets stained very easily due to the air fryer and you can't get it off.The inside is stainless also very hard to clean .

The air fryer built in this product has the most poor quality. When you comparing the cooking time with other air fryer, not even close. Cooking takes more than ten (10) times slower than regular air fryer. Not recommended if you are serious about cooking.

Had been very happy with this new microwave for over a year, many good features. Today while warming coffee the machine started making an odd grinding noise and flashing lights also smelled an electrical burn. thankfully I was standing nearby and stopped the unit. The smoke continued and I head a noise that turned out to be a fire inside the unit. Best Buy says their 1 year warranty is over so now I deal with LG. I don't think expecting my microwave to last 2 years without catching the house on fire is not an unrealistic expectation. Very disappointed.

This review is for Best Buy. They sold this with installation. Was installed improperly broke my cabinet and is unwilling to offer a refund. Spoke to several people. One gentleman offered to refund the money when it was picked up. Money was not refunded went in the store again and they were in fathered unfriendly and refused to refund my money even though the microwave was returned because it was past the 60 days. Would not have bought the microwave had the installer not installed it btw everyone is considered a manager there at Best Buy. Very displeased will never shop there again. Still fighting to get my money back.

I never leave reviews but thought I should for this purchase. This is a really sleek, good looking unit and the microwave seems to work fine. The convection oven and air fryer functions are virtually useless though. Simply doesn’t get hot enough. You would need to air fry items for two to three times as long as would in a counter top air fryer to even begin to get them cooked. Still working with Best Buy Tech support to see if this can be fixed but I am not optimistic. After setting the bake function to 450 degrees the highest temp we were able to reach was 420 degrees and that was after 40 mins.

Product is less than 1 year old, outlet is properly ground. Microwave started shorting, while wife was using. Luckily i in the kitchen and after smelling the burning electronics and smoke was able to un plug. Still have a house.

This is NOT an air Fryer, and I question MOST of these reviews! It doesn't brown or crisp foods. It is a convention oven and a microwave, but NOT an air fryer. When I wrote LG about this, they pretty much admitted it doesn't really brown food and that your typical air fryer at home will give you different results. I am SO disappointed I spent over $600 on this! And I question how honest these reviews are and if they are somehow not showing the negative ones, because I am very upset about paying so much for something that does not work as advertised.

The microwave was delivered to us by the installation contractor hired by Best Buy. It was the WRONG microwave for the SECOND TIME! They took it back immediately. It took 6 1/2 days for ANYONE TO CONTACT US about the error! When they did it was ABSOLUTELY HIDEOUS how uninformed the employee was regarding what had happened TWICE to us! We ended up canceling the order permanently due to the ineptitude of Best Buy. We lost weeks and weeks WAITING FOR BEST BUY to get it together but they never did! Worst of it is that the company employees are so poorly trained that they have no idea about the products they’re selling! We will never return to purchase a thing at this company again.

Air frying/baking is not good in this product. A cheaper countertop air fryer is miles ahead of this thing. The microwave function work well, but you can get a sepearate microwave and air fryer for much less than the cost of this thing amd get a way better experience. Do not recommed.

Please be aware this micro convection oven does not come with racks. I didn't even think of checking before, only after installing I found out making it half worthless. it just comes with a round rack that turns and does NOT come with a turntable Button on / off making it worthless to put in a 9 x 13 pan. LG as a brand should have known of this.

We bought the microwave LESS than 1 month ago and the touchpad has stopped working. Cannot use the microwave. We registered a warranty claim with LG 4 days ago....and STILL no call!! Biggest waste of $650 I've ever spent!! DO NOT BUY!!!!

after 2 of the same model, still will not cook popcorn with the simple touch of the factory popcorn setting. first unit geek squad came out and replaced parts, no better, then lg tech came out after 5 bags of un cooked popcorn he said we need a replacement, and that one is no better. ???????????

Extremely poor customer service. Ordered item on 10/29/2023 and did not receive item until 4/12/2024. Best Buy lied numerous times about delivery dates for item and promised me compensation for the inconvenience but did not deliver on that promise. I'm extremely disappointed considering I spent over $20,000.00 on merchandise and was treated so poorly.

Weeks after belatedly delivering the microwave, it still wasn’t installed. After a month of non response in spite of countless calls, we gave up and returned it. Will not ever buy from Best Buy again.
