After only having it a week, we have used it quite a lot. We have used it for reheating, baking, roasting and more. The reason we bought this appliance is its versatility. Microwave, convection oven and air fryer in one. We have baked a cake with the convection oven, roasted a chicken with the air-fryer, cooked vegetables and more with the microwave. Much much better than our microwave only unit we had before. With Christmas coming, having this oven will make life so much easier. Operation is really easy to learn, the clean minimalist design fits into our kitchen beautifully, and the versatility allows us to free up counter space of other appliances we no longer need. We give the appliance 5 stars, but the installation was a bit sketchy. We are finding parts not used, screws falling out from behind the unit and questionable mounting.

Coming from a GE Profile microwave and this new one is a solid product (hoping the touch buttons don't stop functioning over time, but so far, so good!). I selected this LG model because it fit the exact dimensions of my previous microwave that fizzled on me and I didn't want to have any issues with my backsplash while replacing. All of the extra functionality (convection, air fry, etc) didn't hurt either! First time I've gotten so many compliments on the look of a home appliance alone! lol Also paid for installation through Best Buy and the service team was super fast, kind, and professional. Highly recommend :)

So far the microwave functions are easy to use and it is quiet in operation. We have not tried the convection features yet. It's clean appearance declutters the kitchen in a nice way. Takes away some of the feeling of the busyness and fretfulness of life. Nice calm element in our kitchen.

Just got the install yesterday but so far I am very impressed with the design. It’s very sleek and has lots of options including air fry and convection! Install went very smooth!

This microwave is the Cadillac of microwaves. It does it all, convection, air fry, steam etc. It’s beautiful to look at and all of these features work great. They thought of everything when they put this microwave together and the price is right. I couldn’t be happier!

Oh my goodness! This microwave literally does it all! We have used it to air fry. We have used it to bake things and obviously we have used it to microwave. All of the features worked flawlessly. I do really like how it is a smart microwave. I can always tell when my kids use it when I’m not in the kitchen. It’s a pretty neat gadget.

By far the best microwave! I love the convection features and speed cook. It saves so much time using this versus the oven. To top it off it has a very sleek look to it. I love that it doesn’t have a handle sticking out in the front and flows smoothly with the cabinet and stove below. I’ve purchased the GE monogram one in the past which was $2,000 more than this and this one has all the same features and looks better. You won’t regret this purchase! If you’ve never cooked with convection before once you try it you will never go back to a microwave that doesn’t have it. I cook everything in this!

Recently replaced a Kenmore Elite microwave which lasted almost 18 years. Kenmore was made by Goldstar which became or was bought out by LG. This LG was comparable to the Kenmore except it has more updated features (LED and air fry). All functions have been tested and appears to work as the LG intended.

We purchased it for our rv and we absolutely love this multifunctional microwave!!! It does everything, no need to have separate appliances. Do yourself a favor and buy it!

After an extensive search, i found this unit to be the absolute best and most for my money. Best buy was the best price. It was fast and easy. Loving my purchase and it looks awesome.

This microwave has higher quality materials and a great feature set. The interior is a high polish metal and has a high end appearance. Very good sensor settings for a variety of cooking needs. Door opens and closes quietly and it plays a little musical tune when done cooking. This is a heavy unit so DIY should have a helper when installing. Very happy with this purchase

Very nice Appliance, since it’s new, we haven’t had enough time to use all the special extra features, but definitely love the look in the kitchen.

This microwave is an amusing anecdote for us. We purchased it to complement our other appliances, unaware that it also functions as an oven and air fryer. Additionally, it has the capability to cook an entire chicken. It is an exceptional appliance.

Love the look of this appliance. Very high quality feel and function. Price seems to be very good for an appliance with so many features equal to much more higher end appliances. Everything works well. Love the WiFi and app connection. Installation was a breeze. Removed 16 year old built in microwave and this one installed easily with exact same wall bracket and all holes lined up. Highly recommend.

This microwave does almost everything it even has an air fryer. It tells my phone when the food is done like it is so cool. Reheating take home has never been so easy

This microwave is amazing, it has so many different features, I’ve only had it a couple of weeks and still trying to figure it out. Well to be honest I’m waiting on my one on one lessons from my daughter. She loved the air fryer feature. It’s really beautiful and has brightened up my kitchen. It think it should be in every kitchen. I love the ThinQ feature, that’s the greatest.

This was just a replacement of my broken microwave. I was so surprise with the features came with this product. Performance is very good. The microwave i very quiet, slick design and most of all reminds you thru the LG app if microwave is being used and if its finished. It is perfect with with my LG washer dryer. This comes with a very useful accessories as well. I highly recommend this product.
