Sound is okay, a slight upgrade from the tv speakers. Really no difference between the modes and sub woofer is VERY weak. It always has issue connecting when turning on often have to turn it off and on again. Always starts with sound off, you have to turn the volume up when starting. Overall, unless you only have 250 bucks to spend get something better. LG has been going downhill.

Very disappointing. Volume not good. Have to use an app to adjust the base, etc. Tried the app on my phone but it didn’t work. Will see if I can get it on my TV. My old lg soundbar was much better. I think this model has been discontinued anyway so not an issue. Should have returned it but getting it back in the box is not easy.

The sound bar is really not satisfactory. It's loud enough but the sound is not crisp and clear. I'm hearing impaired and it does not help me. Not a good purchase.

Sound quality was extremely poor, I tried all the different settings. It sounds like a transitor radio with volume.

Pretty disappointed with it. It sounds ok if you’re listening to music loudly. If you’re watching a movie the dialogue will be very low followed by very loud sound effects. It doesn’t come with mounting brackets like every other soundbar I’ve purchased. It doesn’t even have the holes for attaching the mounting brackets. The price is low but I’ve had better for around the same price from lg and other brands.

Ended up returning. Wasn’t a great sound and was never able to get the Bluetooth to connect automatically when you turned the tv of and on each time

To troubleshoot the issue with the subwoofer, here are a few steps you can try:
Ensure Proximity: Make sure the subwoofer is within 15 feet of the soundbar for optimal connectivity.
Power Cycle: Turn off both the soundbar and subwoofer, then power them back on. The subwoofer should automatically pair with the soundbar when powered on.
Re-pair the Subwoofer: If the subwoofer does not pair automatically, try manually pairing it by following the steps in the LG Sound Bar Subwoofer Troubleshooting Guide.
