I recently bought this soundbar, and overall, it's a good product. The build quality and materials are impressive, and it's very easy to connect to all my devices. However, the audio definition isn't as great as I expected. The subwoofer, in particular, is not very satisfying. Despite these drawbacks, it's still a decent soundbar for its price.

Decent sound bar. I hate loud TVs so it's fine for my purposes. If you want cinema sound, this is NOT it.

I really like this soundbar and the subwoofer. It makes my TV sound way better, especially when I’m watching movies or listening to music. The bass feels strong and everything sounds clearer. The only thing I don’t love is that I have to reconnect it to my TV every now and then because it disconnects randomly. It’s not a huge deal, but it can be annoying.

I can’t seem to sync the voices between the tv and soundbar. I’ve come close, but when I turn on the next time it’s back. As mentioned in tv review, this LG remote could also definitely use improvement. Or maybe one that does whole system instead of multiple. Really wish I could hear what they’re saying over sounds of engines or guns and less delay. I pick one and turn off volume on other.

So I bought this as an open box item marked in EXCELLENT condition. I was super excited to get such a good deal on the set that matched the TV i had purchased recently. However once I got this home and opened it the cables were missing so i was not able to use this. The store was very helpful in taking my return and giving me my money but I sure was looking forward to the great deal i thought I had found on the system. Keep your receipt so you can take open box items back if they do not meet the functionality they are listed to meet

Overall it seems OK. The clear voice option on the TV is better than any on the soundbar, so we do not use it. It is nice that it can be operated via bluetooth to the TV, so no wires.

Unfortunately I never got to try the soundbar as I needed one that would mount along with the tv which this didn’t offer.

Soundbar is decent. It does not covert easily to HDMI ARC which is what i wanted. I love LG products but this soundbar is bottom to mid grade.

Poor performer, poor sound. Replaced excellent LG that stopped working after 2 years. Returned to store for refund.
