This refrigerator is awesome! I love th counter depth and the craft ice maker is a hit with everyone!

We were pleasantly surprised with how great the fridge is. We tried ordering a different brand to match our other appliances, but it was out of stock everywhere. This one has many great features like configurable middle drawer which is super convenient. The ice cubes come out as spheres which is great for drinks. Very happy we ended up with this one and saved money.

Great look and function. Small problem with vertical seal between French doors slipping down. YouTube to the rescue. Just add about 1/16 inch under the guide at top of doors.

Extraordinarily spacious and efficient. Very well lit and easy to utilize. Versatility of center drawer is welcomed addition to my previous fridge. Very spacious freezer. Monitoring via LG app lends great comfort.

The ice maker on the bottom can’t get to make a lot of ice round ball ice, As much as the top ice maker. The left door you lose storage. Love the right door for easier grab and go along with the middle drawer.

Recommend this refrigerator. It is the best fridge we have ever had. Was not sure if we needed all of the features, but I was wrong. I have become spoiled. Crisp vegetables cold fruit, milk easily accessible. The list goes on and on. Almost forgot, we now have plenty of great tasting ice.Thank you Best Buy& LG.

Only had the refrigerator for about 30 days, but LOVE IT!. I am amazed how long my veggies stay crisp... cilantro has last 2 weeks, which never happened in hold refrig. Love the flex drawer as I expected I would and while I wish the lower ice maker had an option for other ice cubes, we do use the craft ice balls more frequently than expected. Pricey but well worth it.

Overall it is an awesome fridge so far. We went from a bigger fridge to a counter depth, but we are happy with the amenities. The only downfall we have found is that the side doors don’t allow a lot of space to fit condiments etc. Love access to the front panel without opening the entire door, and we love the craft ice maker.

I've this fridge for about 10 days. It's the size, color and mfg I wanted. The delivery team was excellent. It took about 2.5 days to make craft ice which is what I'd been led to expect. The craft ice is 'beheaded'. It's not perfectly round. Probably 85% round with a flattened off area in the other 15%. Would buy again.

I am enjoying my new refrigerator. It fits perfectly it the space. The refrigerator deep is something I need to get use to for sure. Not as deep as my last refrigerator.

This refrigerator is perfect for my use, and I found I really enjoy the craft ice for all of my drinks! The only small issue I ran into when installing is that the power cord runs from the top of the unit, so I had to sand down a bit of the bottom of the cupboard so this fit. Not a big issue to me at all, and it fit in my kitchen perfectly.

So far pretty good. Only had 6-8 weeks. Works well. One issue is you have to make sure the bottom drawers are closed well when using or it could bounce back open a bit which cause thawing. The other thing is it’s not as deep inside the top fridge so if you have a bigger family it may be too small. Or like me I prepare meals in advance so it’s not a lot of storage space for the meals, all of your drinks and other condiments. I do love that I can use the first drawer as a fridge or freezer. Overall it’s a nice fridge just wish it was deeper inside.

Very nice refrigerator. Counter depth is nice. Black stainless is very sharp.

Seems great so far. Like the craft ice. Only problem is that when the balls are ejected from the mould in the middle of the night you'll swear someone is breaking down your kitchen door. A little sound proofing (thick foam under bin) would be a welcome addition. Shelves require thoughtful adjustment to accomodate taller items. Great Samsung quality.

Great layout. Wasn’t sure about the special access door, but finding it really useful. First counter depth fridge, but not missing the space from the standard depth fridge.

After two failed brand new Samsung fridges within a month, we changed to an LG model. This fridge has been great for us thus far. Great features and they all work....bonus! It's a bit more costly than we anticipated but we are happy with it.

for the space we had available, this was the largest cubic footage. But besides that, we love this refrigerator for several reasons. The Door in Door we use every single day The flexable shelves and the one that receeds helps us organize and get more items in the fridge. And the Sabboth mode is so easy to use

The fridge is makes great ice (3 options). The light is bright and the shelves are deep for counter depth.

We are glad we chose the counter depth, it organizes well and is plenty big for our needs. Our big problem is the taste of the water. I'm not sure what the water tank is made of, but the water tastes very chemically and we have had it 3 and a half months and have flushed it many times. We expect to be able to drink from the water dispenser our would have bought a much cheaper model without water and ice in the door. This is an unacceptable problem and makes me worry about the safety of the material that the water reservoir is made from.
