Moved into a new house and had to purchase a new refrigerator. My wife and I had decided on a different refrigerator when the Best Buy associate started asking us what we were looking for in a refrigerator. Long story short after consulting with the Best Buy associate we went this refrigerator. More than what we wanted to spend but had to die to needed counter depth refrigerator. So far I love it. Sharp looking refrigerator that makes the sphere ice balls as well as regular ice. Glad we purchased it.

keeps good temperature in each drawer, produce keeps longer and frozen foods are at the right temperature. Did have an issue with icemaker but best buy service took care of the problem promptly and have not had a problem since.

This our second LG refrigerator and we couldn’t be more pleased. Long lasting, durable and reliable LG appliances have become a fixture in our home and this fridge is a continuation of that. Spacious and functional this counterdepth refrigerator has everything you need. With intelligent water fill, fast & special ice making options along with flexible drawers, it’s just wonderful.

Not super spacious, which is nice to not overstock food. Love the middle drawer. Versatile and perfect for drinks. The craft ice is awesome!!! So far so good, much better than the first fridge I purchased,

I love my fridge! Love the door-in-door, the craft ice, and the middle drawer to keep my wine cold. Not thrilled it didn't come with a cheese and cold-cut bin. Also, when I open the bottom drawer, the ice bin is attached, so that comes out, leaving less room to put stuff IN to the bottom drawer. I guess I'll get used to it, because I love everything else about it!

This model floated to the top of all the lists we made, in terms of features, size, modernity, energy efficiency, space, etc., and the price was also close to what we wanted to spend. We've only had it for a week or two, but so far it has met all of our expectations. without any setbacks and we are very happy so far.

We had been looking at buying a new fridge for about a year, and ogling specifically over this one because of the craft ice maker - I. LOVE. ICE. It is beautiful & the craft ice is everything! But for all the money you pay there’s just NOT much interior room - the shelves are very shallow. You can’t fit large bowls or casserole pans inside. The shelves on the door aren’t deep enough for your bottles of condiments. It’s not designed for a “family”. For perspective: your egg carton is too long, you have to store your eggs sideways, which takes up more room. So, in a nutshell, definitely not worth the price when you have no room to put your food or groceries.

I’ve only had this beautiful refrigerator for a week, but I absolutely love it. The best feature for me & the main reason I chose this refrigerator is for the full convert drawer. I have the choice to use it as part of my refrigerator or freezer. Makes a decent amount of ice although there’s only 2 of us. It produces 3 big round craft ice every 24 hrs which is so cool. The only issue is the space for tall items is limited. I find the door in door is very useful for the items I use the most. So glad I purchased this appliance.

Our ~15 year old GE Cafe refrigerator had a compressor failure so we had to buy a new refrigerator. We need a cabinet depth refrigerator so we looked at our options at Best Buy. This LG provided the best feature set for our needs. We never had a two-drawer refrigerator or a door-in-door feature before, so this would be a new experience for us. So far we are loving these features, especially the 2 drawer feature. It really helps us organize our food better and the door-in-door is really a handy feature for getting drinks and a few other items we store in there. So far it has been great. We haven't used the Craft Ice option yet - and not sure when we will. Apparently it takes a long time to make these - like just a few per day - so it would take a lot of advance planning to have a bunch ready for, say, a party at your home. On the regular ice maker, I really like the smaller cubes this model makes versus the larger cubes the GE made. A little thing, for sure, but it's something I find I really like. Overall the quality and features have been great and we are very pleased with this refrigerator!

Love this refrigerator! There is plenty of space for my husband and I; it could be small for a larger family. The craft ice is fun and makes drinks special. We are still adjusting to the door within a door. The items stored on the inside of the outer door can only be accessed through the outer door; if you open the whole door you can't get to them. So it is an adjustment deciding what to put in these shelves.

So far, so good. Love the convenience of the door-in-door and we love the craft ice, and the flexible center drawer. Somehow, the added organization makes it feel more spacious. Having a little trouble with the door ice maker - ice tends to melt together and clog up the dispenser. Might have to mess with settings, we haven't had it for long. Only consider it a minor inconvenience.

I love it. Plenty of space. Easy to organize. Door in door is great. You can easily store and take stuff out without warming the rest of the fridge. Adoptable configuration and functions such as the drawer that can be extra frdge room or freezer or somewhere inbetween. Water and ice dispensers that work well and don't take up a lot of room. Craft ice dispenser, a great bonus. I've only had it for 2 weeks so I hope everything keeps working, but it took me less time to hate my old refrigerator.

Great Refrigerator - Love the craft ice. Works well, is quiet, looks great. Our only complaint is that the shelve are not very tall. We had to put a lot of our stuff into our garage refrigerator because there wasn't enough room for taller products in this layout

Refrigerator looks great although the counter-depth unit lacks the space of our old unit. The ice maker in the refrigerator section works great, the craft ice maker in the freezer section quit working in about a week. Getting LG warranty support has been cumbersome.

Great refrigerator. Love the “door in door” for most often used items such as milk and condiments. Doesn’t let all the cold air tumble out. It did take longer than expected to chill and produce those great round ice cubes. Kids love to listen for the clunk-clunk of the giant ice falling into the tray. It was a nice surprise to find that magnets stick to the front.

We coudn't be more pleased with this LG. Replaces a side by side KitchenAid. The LG definitely is roomier in the top, and the convertible drawer is awesome. While the freezer does seem smaller, all items are easy to reach. The craft ice feature may not be for everyone, but the ice cubes are great. Quieter than the old fridge. Best Buy's installation was flawless and ON TIME. Would def recommend this LG.

Fingerproof is a great feature, never worry about finger print and hard work of cleaning. Double door is excellent, it can hold many drinks and easy to get. Craft ice ball, I haven't use them but they looks cute. Middle drawer, it can be set to different mode. Wifi connection to the app on mobile phone, only very limited functions.

The ice maker was the main reason I got the fridge so naturally I was super excited to have ice again (my previous one broke) It took 3 days for the fridge to make regular ice cubes and only after troubleshooting online on my own. The owner's manual says 24 hours to make ice so I was not happy once I passed that mark. The freezer also has to be turned down to -5 to make craft ice. After getting that to work, I was pretty satisfied. The only other thing is the non-adjustable shelves and doors. Many of my condiments will not fit and have to be turned on their sides. The door shelves are also very shallow. For instance, the shelf under the ice maker behind the water dispenser can only items that are 1 stick of butter wide. I understand it's a counter depth fridge but my old fridge had shelves that seems much more versatile ie. adjustable and the door shelves were much larger.

I absolutely love the convertible drawer which I had occasion to easily convert to a freezer section and then a week later to wine cooler extra capacity while stocking up at our daughter's new home in Texas where we visit in the fall to spring season as snow birds. The installers did a great job with installing in the new construction refrigerator space. It turned out the counter top model we purchased still had to extend out slightly as an adjacent custom oven handle factored as to full open clearance which was not a fault of LG nor the builder. We love the double door which saves energy and is so convenient. Would buy this model hands down again. We are retired and have owned other brands over many years.

We have reviewed many refrigerators & I finally found a model that met all our wishes. The fridge has the middle drawer that flexes between fridge or freezer. This model has 2 ice makers. One with craft ice. The craft ice does not dilute your drinks. The door in door feature is handy to access drinks & frequently used food products.
