This was a very expensive unit. I purchased it because it was counter depth and had all of the features that I wanted (door in door, multiple drawers in freezer and ice cube maker). I moved into a new home last September and the refrigerator was installed shortly afterwards. I had no problems and really thought I the price I paid was worth it. However, I began to have issues in late May when I noticed that there was frost beginning to accumulate on one of the freezer doors. The frost increased until I had about an inch of frost/ice accumulation. The unit was still covered by warranty with LG but I had an extended warranty with Best Buy so I called the Geek Squad. They replaced the seal in the door but the next day frost began to accumulate again. I made a second call and they came again. The Squad tech came again and after he made two calls to HQ tech center and also LG said he would have to order additional parts and that I might want to call LG for a second opinion. I called LG but they gave me some very typical trouble shooting ideas which I had already tried so now I am waiting for the Geek Squad to come back tomorrow. Given the money I spent for the refrigerator (almost $3K), I am beginning to question my purchase. If they cannot fix the problem tomorrow, I would expect a replacement refrigerator or a refund of my money so i can buy a different unit. I have attached pictures of my refrigerator and the current frost/ice level

I really like the two door freezer where I can organize frozen food and easily access them with handy drawer shelves. The door-in-door feature is also convenient for reaching drinks and condiments. The only downside for me is the water dispenser. It is SLOW and I have to push the lever back the whole time I wait for water to fill. My previous refrigerator (Kitchenaid) had a feature that allowed me to press one button and it would dispense a certain amount of water. I could put my glass down, press a button and simply wait or even come back to fetch it later. I wish this pricy LG refrigerator had such feature. The water dispenser is too simple.

Our old French door fridge was 26 cft LG and lasted nearly 10 years. One thing I didn't want in another fridge was the big freezer drawer where everything got lost. When I saw this fridge's design, I knew it was what I wanted. The lesser size was concern, but I figured it would mean less food sitting the back of the fridge and being forgotten. So far, that's been the case and it's been a money saver. The design overall is great. There are really only two things I don't like about this refrigerator: 1) the two small storage areas in the bottom of the fridge are useful for lunch meat or cheese, but the sliding lids stick a lot.; 2) you cannot open any of the drawers (in the top fridge or bottom freezer) all the way without fully opening the doors. I can live with these minor inconveniences for all the great convenience of finding my food quickly without digging around things.

Whisper quiet, smart wifi features, beautiful and convenient 4-door + easy open door system. I replaced a 10 year old GE and this counter-depth model has plenty of space. I absolutely love the convenience of the easy access door for beer, milk, etc! I also had the free home delivery and paid for relocation of my old fridge. Very happy!

I love the four door refrigerator. .love the size of the freezer space but refrigerator section seems a little small. On the fence about the door in door. Doesn’t really seem to be a time saver but I believe it lessens the cold air loss from opening the larger door to access frequently used items. Very sleek looking and attractive

There are a few areas at the top of the doors where there seems to be chipping of the surface. Also there is an area on the left door where it looks like a large label had been removed. This was supposed to be a new refrigerator but I fear it could have been a floor model or a return . It seems to be working alright except the water from the dispenser is not very cold at all. I could not find any information in the manual about the temperature of the water. There are two compartments in the refrigerator that are supposed to be at a colder temperature where you can thaw out meat or use for other items. These compartments are very small and not large enough to put much meat into. I like the door in door which gives you access to easy to reach items. I keep items we use frequently here. We discovered that the refrigerator has wifi but are not sure about what it does yet. I was not told about it at Best Buy nor the guy who installed it. We will have to read the manual !

Its style allows us to have more items in the refrigerator than our old side by side unit. The freezer portion with the two doors really allows us to store products, including frozen pizzas that we were never able to store with our old unit. We love the led lights and the door in door feature also.

The LG refrigerator that I bought from Bestbuy works so good, it runs quietly. My wife likes it with 4 doors which open easily. It is great one .I am happily with my purchase.

this purchase was great! Love the refrigerator. The freezer design is top notch.. We love the doors so much more than the single pull out drawer.

Nice drawer and shelf space for our family of 3. I like the 2 quick grab pockets. Good room in freezer. And the water and ice flow easily.

I bought this counter depth LG for my new house and I am happy with the purchase. It took a little getting used to the different/limited storage space(compared to my previous LG), but the unit looks and fits nicely. Best Buy originally delivered the wrong refrigerator which was "regular" stainless and showed fingerprints badly. I highly recommend going with the black stainless steel as the finish is much more print resistant. Ice maker and water dispenser works well and the front door easy access door is a nice feature.

Found this refrigerator on the floor as a open box item, had all the features we were looking for, and the price was right.

This is a good size fridge for us and I like the fact there are very few if any fingerprints. It is a winner so far.

We walked into the store and saw it on display and bought it on the spot. My wife loves the double Dutch doors. It is not as deep as the standard fridge, yet it seems to hold everything we had before. The freezer has shelves! Not just a giant bin you have to dig through to find stuff. The quick access door is also great. And we both love the dark brushed steel color with no handles that stick out. This met all our needs and works great and is quiet too.

This is the most beautiful refrigerator I have ever seen. No handles to get in the way.......... vert sleek....... a work of art! It has all the advantages of a French door refrigerator, plus all the advantages of a side-by-side too. The best of both worlds. Expensive, but caught a sale....... which helps a lot. Hope to have it a long, long time.

I will never own a different refrigerator! I love the 4 doors, especially for the freezer, no more food dying at the bottom of a huge pull out bin. The best part is that the ice maker is in the door. There is so much more room in the refrigerator with out a huge ice maker taking up so much space.

We love the door in door. Saves money does not let a bunch of cold air out of you get drinks all the time The freezer is very easy to find what you have. No digging on a big bin. Only down side is the the pockets on the door are not big enough fore some stuff
