A: Both bottom drawers are freezer drawers which makes it more efficient. I put the items used most frequently in the upper freezer drawer and the lesser used items in the lower freezer drawer. Just above the freezer inside the refrigerator is the meat keeper drawer so you don't have to worry about the fruits and vegetables getting too cold above the freezer.
A: It doesn't hold enough ice to fill 2 cups. It takes awhile to make more. It has a 12 cube tray but the cubes are half normal size. The salesmen don't tell you this.
Q: Does the "door alarm" also beep if the freezer drawers are left open?
A: Thank you for your inquiry. Yes, The LG 26.8 cubic foot 4-Door French Door Refrigerator, Model # LMXS27626S is designed so that when any of the doors on it are left open an alarm will sound to alert you...IFV
A: Yes, absolutely. My unit came with a dent in the door, it was replaced with new door later, no problems

A: i expected the unit to be from Korea, but it is made in China.
Q: Does this frig show fingerprints on the front stainless- steel?
A: Yes, it does -- but they are pretty easy to remove with a dry kitchen towel and some elbow grease!!!
A: I know your pain as I noticed the same thing when I took delivery of my unit. I feel like if you don't get your hand out of the way of the freezer drawer, you may lose it! I actually called LG and they were totally useless. They basically said that was the way it was engineered and other than extending the front feet further down (which would make the problem worse) there were no adjustments that could be made. You mention that you think that the fridge is leveled but if you actually look at the fridge vs. vertical, it actually tilts backward a significant degree. I understand that they do this on purpose so that the door and drawers will self close but they should give you some additional adjustment. I got around the problem by inserting some 5/8 inch stock polyethylene squares under the back of the fridge right by the rear rollers which tilted the unit forward just enough to reduce the guillotine character of the drawers. I used the polyethylene because it is very slippery and slides on my tiled floors very easily (actually easier than moving it on the rear rollers alone). I'm not sure if this will help in your situation nor do I recommend it for all floor surfaces. All I know is that it helped my situation.
