I do enjoy the fridge but never realized that the difference between counter depth and regular depth was 8 inches. It sticks out alot! My fault for not measuring, not the fridge's. lol Door is heavy on the fridge side so hold on to it when closing.

Perfect size for our replacement we love the view through window! The controls on the front are very sleek and easy to program. The refrigerator beeps when the door has been opened for to long which helps with little ones who like to leave the door open.

I'm pretty happy with this fridge so far. It has a sleek look and is larger than our other refridge. Unfortunately, It it isn't flush with the countertop; instead, it sticking out, but I sacrificed the size because I like the Side-by-Side InstaView, and it wasn't available in counter depth. The most annoying aspect is the "door ajar alarm"! It is an irritating beeping that happens if the door is open for 1 minute. It takes on fingerprints ridiculously easily though, which is another annoying quality. Overall it still seems like the best option for the price. The size dominates the kitchen, but it is more spaceous.

The LG-26.8 Side-by-Side refrigerator that we purchased was not our first choice, but since we couldn't find one in black like we wanted, we settled for this one since, with the black glass on the door and the black accent in the middle, it complimented our other kitchen appliances. Now that we have it installed we really like it. It has plenty of space (much more than our old 18 year refrigerator), both in the refrigerator and in the freezer, much more than what we originally thought we'd have. This was a very good buy for our small family, but could adequately have the necessary space even for larger families. Overall, we are very happy with our selection. LG makes a great product.

This refrigerator is so well lighted and roomy . It’s to early to tell if it will last but I have faith in LG. Everyone has comment on how attractive it is and if you pat the door lightly you see what it’s inside without opening door . Overall I’m so happy I’ve made this purchase .

Bought this for my kitchen make over. Looks great with my other stainless steel appliances. Everyone that visits loves it! I just wish it closed soft. My son doesn't hold the "lip" to close it, so it just slams.

The GM at the Dubuque store was wonderful in helping get us a working refrigerator. After a few issues with the one we originally bought this new one is amazing!!

So far so good! Great space and design. The peek-a-boo window is a fun touch that adds function to the refrigerator.

We love it! It is quiet, gets extremely cold and we love the touch light feature to see inside without always opening the entire fridge!

I really haven't had the opportunity to use t h e refrigerator much since it was only delivered 2 days ago. So far so good. The back panel arrived damage and thankfully Best Buy Customer service agreed to add a 3 year extended service plan to give us piece of mind over the matter.

Absolutely love this new side by side.The front part for drinks,etc.is especially nice for my 89 y/o sister when she wants her special drinks.It runs soooo quiet,& stores so much! It's nice to have the use of a vegetable bin that dosen't freeze everything.Best decision made to buy the LG brand & this particular refrigerator/freezer.
