Really nice fridge. Spacious and double small door is very useful. I like that is very quiet. The ice craft is a huge upgrade. In general, I am so happy with the purchase of the LG refrigerator.

Love it! I like how convenient it is to get drinks or snacks via the tiny door. Make sure you have a water outlet that perfectly fits to waterline you ordered, unless you will have to schedule for installation again next week (like me). You can install by yourself but it will not be in warranty in case you have leak problems. Anyway, I found leaking water at my water outlet after they installed it for me. I had to tighten it by myself.

Everything is nice about this refrigerator except for the front panel right door. The latch that holds onto the door-in-door is weak; it broke on us within the first few months. Luckily, LG was able to replace it for us. Overall very sleek design!

This refrigerator is so awesome. it is a smart refrigerator and it gives you stats every month through their app. it also makes beautiful perfect balls of ice to dress up any drink.

Love it. My Samsung French door freezer was full I put everything in this and it’s half empty. It’s just my husband and I so we didn’t need a big frig but I don’t like digging in the bottom freezer

I’ve had this refrigerator for 53 days. The Craft ice maker has already failed. The regular ice maker only makes 3# of ice in 24 hrs so we usually run out by about 6pm. Thank goodness I purchased the extended warranty. Other than the ice issues it is a beautiful refrigerator and we really like it’.

I can finish my full review once the third fridge is delivered. The first was damaged on delivery so was my home. It was replaced for a second fridge do to broken seals on the door. The second fridge was delivered with damages to my home with uneven doors. The third is expected to be as bad.

A great refrigerator and a great Best Buy salesperson who helped me on phone call from another city. Gave him my old refrigerator model # which was a different brand and told him I wanted the same specs as it had. He did more than the same. This refrigerator has great ice makers , love the craft ice and love the room inside refrigerator and freezer. I had Grab and Go door in my old refrigerator but this is a good door in door which I actually like better. Very quite very impressive and no smudge fingerprints

Great delivery and setup. Fridge exceeds expectations. We love the dual ice maker, extra fridge room, and sleek look. Door in door is so convenient. Highly recommend this model. We waited 8 weeks after looking at other stores and Best Buy was the only store in stock and delivery in 1 week.

I was excited to find this refrigerator/freezer, which after checking & rechecking measurements, fits perfectly into my kitchen built in space when I needed to replace existing broken unit. I love the color and the features. The only issue I have is with the doors. In order to open the drawers, the door has to be swung open ALL the way (180 degrees instead of 90 degrees). I’m unable to do this with the freezer door as my kitchen wall stops it from opening beyond 100-110 degrees. I’ll get over it and work around it.

If your replacing a french door frig for this LG it will take time to get use to it. I just got this frig yesterday ,It is growing on me. Its Just very modern but does have alot of space for my husband and I and i like the drink door and the freezer has more space then my french door

LOVE this refrigerator. The best thing that I thought I didn't care about is what I love the most: the door-in-door feature. I use it SOOOO much! Also, the craft ice is so pretty! I put it on a setting so the ice is more clear and not as cloudy as ice gets. The cooling is even and the unit itself is very quiet. Overall, I'm thrilled about this purchase!

Replaced our old refrigerator with this LG model. Roomy, and the door in door feature is especially nice. Was not expecting two ice makers but the craft ice is very nice. The water disinfection UV light is also a plus. Been working great with no issues.

This LG 27.1 cu ft side by side smart fridge/freezer is so spacious. It very tall and deep. The temperature/feature controls are in the fridge and easy to operate. The fridge has multiple moveable shelves, 2 very large produce/deli drawers, an easy access door panel for drinks and quick items. It has room for everything you need. I love the ice and UV water dispenser in the outside of the freezer for convenience. On the inside it has the wonderful craft ice feature as well as ample shelves and drawers for all your freezer items. I highly recommend this LG Side by Side Smart Refrigerator/Freezer.

Great refrigerator, love the craft ice feature. This was the reason why we went to buy this model. Glad my old one died Labor Day weekend. The sales on this model were in our budget. Runs quiet and plenty of space.
