You can use a 3-conductor or a 4-conductor UL - listed range cord with closed-loop terminals, open-end spade lugs with upturned ends, or similar termination. Do not install the power cord without a strain relief. This range oven can technically be direct-wired using a dedicated flexible conduit to a junction box if permitted by local electrical codes, though manufacturers standardly design and recommend a 3-prong or 4-prong range cord and surface receptacle...^Ivan. Radiant elements do not require specialized cookware. You can use almost any material, including aluminum, copper, stainless steel, and glass. However, pans must be perfectly flat on the bottom for proper heat transfer. Avoid heavy cast iron or glass since the cooktop is ceramic glass, and they can scratch or crack the surface. Materials like stainless steel (ideally with a heavy, bonded core) and heavy-gauge aluminum are highly recommended. They heat up evenly and are durable. Avoid sliding cast iron or rough ceramic/stoneware across the ceramic glass cooktop surface, as they can cause permanent scratches...^Ivan.
