The cooktop scratched the first time it was used, and we were being careful. Beautiful range, but we could only imagine what the top would look like in a couple of months.

Hi, there. Thank you for sharing your experience with the LG Range (LSEL6335XE) model. We appreciate your feedback and understand how important it is to keep the cooktop looking new.
For best results, we recommend using cookware with smooth, flat bottoms and avoiding sliding pots or pans across the surface, as this can cause scratches even with careful use. It’s also helpful to clean the cooktop with a soft cloth and a ceramic cooktop cleaner after each use to maintain its shine and reduce visible marks. You can find more care tips and maintenance guidance here: https://www.lg.com/us/support/help-library/cooktop-cleaning-tips-electric-ranges--20150615815711.
