Would have liked the knobs and main control to like up.

We love the way our oven looks with the other appliances. The delivery was fine but it was not installed. The guy told me that they are not electricians and could not hook it up. I had to pay $250.00 to get it hooked up. How do I get reimbursed from Best Buy for the money I paid for service not completed? I also purchased a Ring floodlight camera and installation. It was sent to my home but not installed. How do I get reimbursed for both of these items installations?

Like the stove and the features. It needs to have a light for the controls under the temp/time read out.

Its a decent appliance, been only a week of usage. Some small problems I feel are - The oven knob is not child proof, can be easily set to on(may be its the same knob that forced the recall). The other knobs are safer to use. The knob is counter intuitive for burners with small and large heating elements.

Stove has been working as expected. Burners still look good after. Ait fry feature worjs well.

The cook top is very difficult to and it seems thatb it is not the same quality of our previous LG stove. We chose LG over another brand because we felt the oven door quality was impressive. But that cooktop, oh my.

Top burners don't seem to heat up quickly. Overall satisfied with the product.
