I recently bought this range and within a week the black powdercoat paint was chipping off the burner cap. It's clearly a manufacturing defect, but LG will not replace the part, and is now ghosting me. To make it worse, there are no replacement parts available for this model online. So now I've got a brand-new oven with a rusting burner cap that I can't replace even if I want to! Will definitely think twice before buying from LG again!

Bought LGs most expensive oven at Best Buy...and just after 2 years the LED display is burning out!! How can this last just 2 years? LGAnswers? Do you think this is acceptable? Rating will change based on response.

Installers claimed they couldn’t install it. Left the wrong gas line. Somehow a handyman did it in 10 seconds when using the right one. Told I have it go to store to complain even though I didn’t buy it from a store. Week of no oven. And they dented fridge during install. Do not recommend.

I bought the stove and oven for over $3000 we were very excited to finally be able to afford and purchase this item. Since the day it was delivered it has never worked and that is over five months now. I bought the extra insurance and the geek squad has been out multiple times and is unable to resolve the issue. Best Buy is unwilling to help me exchange and get a new one… We had to cook Christmas dinner in our toaster oven. I really expected so much more from Best Buy and the geek squad. Extremely disappointed and upset.

This stove material is so poor. It is awful to clean to the point just general oil stains are difficult to wash off. I had to buy a $140.00 stove protector to protect. I also had to cover all the stove top racks with foil because nothing comes of of it. I thought the grills being iron would be alot easier to clean but this thing is a disaster.

For the stove's surface, we recommend using a non-abrasive cleaner that is safe for your stove’s material, as harsh chemicals or scrubbing pads can sometimes leave streaks or damage the finish. Additionally, for the grates, soaking them in warm soapy water before cleaning might make the process easier and more effective. I bought this range 6 months ago and suddenly can’t change change temperature or use timer. Key pad not functioning. I sent through a request under the warranty to get it fixed yesterday and have heard nothing. So disappointed.

It’s not good at all. The features sound great but the food does not come out well. A Ninja air fry’s better. It does not cook the food evenly . It is the worst stove I have ever bought

Zero stars at this time as i have had the item shipped twice now because it for a second time it has arrived with dents on it.. for the price i have paud for our bundled appliances i feel this shouldn't even be a thing but it is!

Don’t buy this stove is horrible I was only able to use the oven once they tried fixing it but they were not able to fix it
