Cons: Two fan settings (low or high); Low fan setting about 55-57 decibels loud compared to 52 decibels advertised. 60-62 decibels on the high fan setting. Mislabeling Info regarding room size recommendations for this model. the Best Buy advertised it can cool room up 350sq ft but the description and the retail box says 300 sq ft.; Its very heavy to carry

Im very pleased with my portable LG A/C unit. Our central unit was recalled we found out recently in 2016? The refrigerant banned by EPA and we were never notified and still had active extended warranty. Rheem never returned my call/ignored all my emails. So instead of paying almost $10000.00 I opted to purchase 2 more window units and this portable unit. It cools very quickly. Has low and high. Swing feature for directional setting. Fan. Alert button lights to notify of needing filter cleaned either with vacumn hose or clean with water. Must dry before reinserting. Swing feature for flow direction. Very nice remote. Mode button and Timer button also. Nice looking unit. Easy to assemble and has vent hose to vent through window. Weather stripping included. Would recommend.

Great product! Easy to set up and works with larger windows. Its cooling works great and makes it very pleasant to sleep on those hot nights! Its high speed is a bit loud, but the lower speed isn't too bad and sounds like white noise in the background. Would definitely recommend!

Title says 350 Sq. Ft. Portable Air Conditioner. Box arrived says 300 Sq. Ft. Best Buy description recommends for a 300 Sq. Ft. room. But still feels like a bait and switch. Just say it is a 300 Sq. Ft. Portable Air Conditioner like the box it comes in says.

I bought this unit in desperation during a heatwave, and I’m so glad I did. It cools down my space (about 300 sq ft) quickly and consistently, and it’s surprisingly quiet for how powerful it is. Setup was easy, the remote is super convenient, and I can finally sleep without waking up drenched in sweat. Bonus it doesn’t look bulky or industrial in the room. It’s sleek, easy to move, and really delivers. If you’re on the fence, don’t wait until you’re melting, this little powerhouse is worth every penny.

Overall experience with this portable unit has been great. Good for medium size rooms, fills the room with very cold air. The only downside has been the slight condensation from the AC. Has portable wheels , easy to set up.

This unit is slim and tall taking up less space. It is noisy, but worth it since it cools the room down quickly. The swing function is nice for evenly distributing cold air and the timer can be set for 24 hours. The window panels hold the vent hose well and is modular to fit different sizes. This is a great standing unit that moves a lot of air.

I recently purchased the LG 350 Sq portable air conditioner, and I must say it has been a game-changer for me, especially during the hot summer months. Cools nicely but thermostat doesn't appear to be very accurate. Unit is noisy.

This Portable AC Unit works great for cooling a small room. It is noisy, but is very efficient. The only problem is that on the Best Buy website it is listed as covering 350 Square Feet, however the exact model number only covers 300 Square Feet according to LG.

i had the same product for 5 years with no issues, and. i just bought one for my tenants i didn't give 5 stars only because i would love it to be a little more silent

In this season when the heat starts, having this product at home helps us lower the electricity bill. We use it wherever we are, and it really cools — it cools well. Good product. I recommend it to all my friends, and for the price, it pays for itself with the savings on the electricity bill. A great purchase

It was easy to put up, and had better parts than the one I purchased from Kohl’s. It blows fresh air and gets my kids rooms cool.

Im giving it 4 stars because of the loud noise. Other than that it cools very well gradually.
