I am loving this system! As a matter of fact I’m sitting here listening to it now and it’s awesome. Great product I would recommend this to anyone that needs something for the outside for a party or even indoors. You can’t go wrong.

I have run this unit through the ringer, played all sorts of music on this, and it has held up amazingly well. This is that special kind of unit that gives out great pristine sound on slow vocal songs, and super room filling music on rock ballads. It's got great vocal clarity, treble's perfect, even though the bass can some times be a bit too deep for me. I am sure other folks might love the deep bass. Pros - Quick and easy setup, and I mean 5 min with no tech know-how. Great room filling sound, does not lose any details at low volumes, and nothing is too overpowering at high volumes, love the balance Fast Bluetooth setup/connection, and no skipping or weird pauses on Bluetooth What I also love is the auto on feature, so even if the unit is sleeping, you can connect your phone to it through BT, and start playing music. I just love the feature, being lazy this saves me that 3 foot walk to pick up the remote from where I last left it. USB and disc drive work as they should, remote's great to skip and search (Auto DJ is not my cup of tea) Oh, and these look great. (see the attached pic) Cons - There aren't any, as I said, sometimes the bass gets a bit too heavy, but its never overpowering unless you want to turn on the Bass Boost. The mobile app adds no special functionality, I would definitely give that a miss.

I’ve been using the small Bluetooth speakers in our house. They give pretty good sound, but for some reason they didn’t really “wow” me. In come the LG 300W, and it packs such great sound quality and depth. Set up is pretty simple. My wife and I were surprised at how large it was (and the box). The design reminded me of the old speaker systems of the 90’s. It takes a good amount of space on our shelves, so we knew right away that it was going to have to remain downstairs. As soon as we connected my phone to it, this sound system was very impressive. Pros: - simple set up. Connect the 2 speakers, Bluetooth, etc. less than 5 minutes. - great sound quality. Bass and treble have amazing sound results the vibrates through the entire house. Vocals sounded crisp on each song. - many options to use. Not just Bluetooth, but you have 2 USB-C ports where you connect devices. It easily played some audio files I had in a Flashdrive. You also have a CD disc tray that also played some mini-disc. Cons: - did I mention that it was big? Sometimes too big to use outside. Again, reminds me of the old stereo systems of the 90’s. - both speakers cannot be attached to the Main Unit, thus it is difficult to move around. I guess you can have the speakers placed throughout your room to give you that surround sound quality, but I wanted them to stay together. Living in California, we have earthquakes from time to time. - the Main Unit is a little overwhelming. I was trying to find the Power button on it and there were too many buttons and dials. My wife finally pointed out that the power button was on the remote. Maybe it’s just me, but I still couldn’t find a power button on the device itself, therefore, you are at the mercy of the remote. - no HDMI. It would have been nice to include this feature. - no headphone jack. Overall, I love the sound from this speaker system. Just some design issues, but still love it. It gets the job done and it does it well.

Here is a long overdue review on the LG CK43 LoudR System. We live in Myrtle Beach and were hit late last year with that slow moving Hurricane named Florence and life hasn't been the same. We temporarily lived in an old WW2 Aircraft hanger for a week where we stored our RV, our home away from home in Wilmington, NC where Florence really hit! Yeah its been a year but while we were in the huge hanger, we made the best of it. Our RV had an LG PF50KA Mini 1080p Smart Projector that we shot upward on the underside of our awning. True 1080 HD with a built in tuner and all smart TV features. This IS the PROJECTOR to GET! We then pulled the LG CK43 out and here is the skinny on this. Its a bookshelf mini radio , the kind we all grew up with except its been modernized! The Best 2 features are 1) The Wireless Party link. It allows you to connect with another Bluetooth unit that supports Wireless Party link and expand the sound to another playing device. Both devices must support Wireless Party Link is Android compatible and similar to Sony's Wireless Part Chain. Pretty cool 2) The really cool feature is LG's Music Flow Bluetooth App. Basically guests download LG's app off Google Play store. Search LG Music Flow Bluetooth App. Once installed on their Android phones, everyone, up to 3, can log in and build a playlist really quick as well. This is great as everyone gets to play a little and one person doesn't have to deal being DJ all night! Now for the unit itself, its loud, I mean really loud! For a small unit it is, thanks to the detachable wood boxed speakers. It just gives you that thump that small Bluetooth speakers just cant, plus more features I'll get into. It has 2 large dials on the center main unit. Right one for Volume and left for features. I didn't once grab the manual and quickly had it connected to my LG Projector playing YouTube music video's. It filled the large hanger with ease! I dialed in the different settings such as music modes, you know, disco, rock etc. but also blew right thru the setting that most other systems can make you search for such as EQ Adjustments like Bass , Mids and treble. I had ZERO Bluetooth issues and the range was great. Mind you I walked and had the whole hanger to ourselves. The hanger is a good size and can fit 3 EMB0145's, or 3 CRJ 200's. The All steel hanger structure didn't affect the Bluetooth. Now some more info, the speakers are separate and connected with wires to the main unit, 4 or 5 ft long each. There is no Optical in. So if your TV isn't modern as of late where it can connect sound via Bluetooth you may find this of interest. It does however have a stereo in as in RCA plugs which older TV's will have and you can pick up a Optical converter to RCA and work around that. No headphones jack, but most of us use Bluetooth headphones anyway! Now there are LOTs of USB inputs, which can charge and connect to your USB device's stored music but one cool feature is you can also record to your USB device using the included remote. It takes a bit of learning but its feature packed in this recording mode! There are a few more features, FM radio, no one uses FM much unless they are in their car. The trend is internet music, UBS music files, even cd's are quickly becoming a thing of the past BUT it sure came in handy especially when we were in the middle of Hurricane Florence! Forget AM, not applicable! There is an Alarm feature, it WILL wake you in the AM! Last it has a CD player, Yawn, exciting. It does what it should but when was the last time you pulled out a CD?!?!?! Bluetooth feature works GREAT, It's LOUD, it would have been REALLY nice if LG designed it so the speakers connected/latched onto the center main unit and placed a folding handle on the main center unit that hides out of place when folded! But its a great value considering all its features! I've seen other LG LoudR systems with a carry handles but a different style. We had co workers over, brazing 60 mph winds to check up on us. Once they saw our set up, it wasn't long before 8 or 9 were there and a hurricane party was in the making. Did I mention its LOUD?!?!

Very nice looking & performing system! Simple to set up & simple to use. Great Full Size Remote! Many easy to use features that enhance your music experience. I added two More 2Way 5 1/5" Speakers and WOW! BOOM! EVEN BIGGER SOUND! ROCKS MY OVERSIZE 2 CAR GARAGE/MAN CAVE! I CAN'T WAIT TO ADD 2 MORE FOR THE OUTSIDE PATIO & GAZEBO! FULL TILT WITH NO DISTORTION EITHER ON FM TUNER OR THE CD PLAYER! YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED! GREAT SIZE FOR A BOOKSHELF & IS LIGHTWEIGHT TO BOOT!

I bought this system for my aging parents who love to hear music minus the complexity of using modern audio systems. The first thing I noticed was how light and small the main unit was and finding a small space on the shelf for it was easy. The instructions are are very minimal but the system is pretty intuitive to understand and use quickly. Connecting the speaker wires was a breeze and there is an antenna wire that also needs to be connected. I first popped in a CD and immediately noticed how rich the sound was for such small speakers as I’m used to my 8” studio monitors at home. There are several equalizer presets you try with different types of music which is standard in most of the other systems I tested. Setting up the stereo presets were easy and the included remote makes it so you never really have to access the radio aside from changing out CDs which is convenient. The best part of this system is the Bluetooth capability as I was able to quickly pair my phone to the unit and stream music from my Spotify account. I think they will be happy with this audio system because it produces the audio quality I would have expected from much larger speakers and subwoofers without all the multiple speakers and wires everywhere

If you are looking for a bunch of decent sound for a little money, look no further and buy the CK43 audio system. I'm sure there are tons of better sounding and better looking systems you can buy - but for this price? I doubt it! I've compared systems from Sony, and Panasonic and nothing in the price range sounds as good as the LG. What I was looking for was room filling sound, for my garage. I am a typical home owner who works on their homes during the weekend. I needed a system that pushed out a bunch of music for not a lot of money. After trying several systems this one fit the bill the best. I'm not a huge fan of the way it looks, I'll be honest. But then again I'm an old school guy who misses the days when a receiver had an analog dial with a big knob. But that aside what this system delivers is really good audio and a lot of it - for a low price. There are a lot of features that I don't use, and probably never will. My needs were simple: stream my playlist loud enough for me to hear it in the garage and in the yard. The fact that you can connect multiple USB devices simultaneously is nice, but I won't ever use it. Maybe you will? The system will allow multiple other types of inputs, but for me I keep all my music on my iPhone - and it works perfect! A common marketing tactic is for music systems to tout high watt output. But that doesn't mean the sound will be any good! For me I prefer clean sound at an acceptable volume - and the LG delivers. I am very happy with the LG, and it's a keeper. It isn't without it's faults, I don't care for the way it looks, I think the system "feels" cheap - it's too lightweight! But shut off all the lights, use the convenient remote control to turn the system on and crank your favorite playlist - and everything else just dissolves away. I can't give this 5 stars because it isn't perfect - but it serves up amazing sound for a price that is hard to beat. Buy it, you'll not regret it.

The sound on this system is excellent and if you wish, it can have an enhanced base, or not. Local radio stations come in very clear and continue to hold on the channel even when other channels try to overwhelm. Operation is very intuitive, but helpful instructions are easily downloadable from the manufacturer.

I’m happy with the sound quality and the features of the stereo. I wish I could plug my Aux singe jack into it for my early gen iPod but other than that I really like the system. Everything is easy to use and set up, remote is a nice feature. Sound is great for the size of the speakers - good bass too!

I don't consider myself a true audiophile... But I love music...I hooked these up to my computer and I stream music from Tidal and Spotify. Doesn't matter how loud (and they do get LOUD)... They never distort... The bass is powerful but not overbearing. I've mostly listened to Pop,Hip Hop, and R&B, so I can't speak to how these would fair with jazz or classical music. To me these are better than any Bluetooth speaker I've used over the years. If you don't mind hooking up the speakers.. They're wired... Then these are a great find for very little money!

This replaced a 30 year old boom box kept on the dining room table. Although not audiophile quality, music sounds great, talk radio a bit 'bass-y' but still intelligible. The FM tuner is sensitive enough. USB sticks play and record properly. Audio CDs play fine, and mp3s on CDR also play well. I did find that mp3s recorded on CD-RW did not play properly. I've connected a small turntable to the aux input, and my records sound good. Have not tested the BT features yet. For me, just having a table radio with a digital tuner and a remote is a major upgrade.

Purchased for my hubby and it's a small compact system with large sound capacity. He loves it and the cd player has easy use. The radio receiver NOT bad either.

Hubby and I got this for our daughter for her Christmas present this last year. It has great sound quality, compact enough to fit most anywhere, looks great, and generally for the price it's an amazing little stereo system very pleased with it and our daughter loves it

We were searching for a shelf stereo system for our workout room that had "old-school", rich sound. We have been very impressed with this stereo...great bass sound, easy to use, compact size. We usually listen through our phones via the aux cable, but the CD function is great to have for our old collection of CDs. Would definitely recommend!

Used this as a sound system in my new gym. The sound is awesome, great bass, also has Bluetooth capability that will attach to your phone to play any play list, you tube or whatever you like, mp3 cd and players also work. Alll in all it is a great product with a great price.

Great sound even with the low price...it cost as much as Google Home/Alexa but the sound is much better. You can connect to bluetooth, AV cable, USB 2X, CD & FM. I wish it has as Auxiliary or Optical cable port.

I work in a manufacturing plant, where loud machines are running, non-stop, and earplugs are required. I needed a system that could play music, at least loud enough on max volume, to hear through all that. I had a 200W system up to this point, of a different brand, that actually lasted about 10yrs on both speakers, and another 5 or so yrs just on one speaker, after one of the pair finally blew. The last few yrs, I even left it on all the time, because I was afraid if i turned it off, it would never come back on. That system rocked, but at max volume only. Sadly, it finally gave out, due to age. So, I was in the market for a new one. A lot's changed over the yrs, and new features are available that I never had before, so I was looking for a good, all-in-one that provided all i wanted. Did some searching, and narrowed it down finally to this 300W system. I figured, another 100W over my previous one should be ok. Never got to actually hear it until after I bought it, and took it to work. Opened the box at work, actually, so I've since, still not heard this system in a more quiet place, such as in a house. Well, let me tell you, this system really kicks some "A double S"! It's loud, well more loud than the machines i work around, and not even on max volume. Sure, I can turn it on max, but I start getting people from around the plant stirred up, wondering if it's their machine crashing out, and not the serious bass this system puts out. A lot of bass. More than enough, so much more, that it's almost too much bass. It has dozens of sound mode settings, and the bass is so tight, I've kept it on "classical" mode, just to keep the bass down, and the mids and high sounds more clear through the bass. The other shift likes the bass, so they keep It up, and when I get out my car in parking lot, I hear the bass booming from this system even out in the parking lot. It has MANY features, and so far, I've only used the bluetooth, since all my fav music is on my phone, and it's so easy to pair it up, instead of having to plug it in, like I did with my old system. I'm looking forward to the other features as well, one of these days, when I want to use them. The ability of the USB drives on it to play music straight off a jump drive when plugged in REALLY has me wanting to try that out, too, soon. It has a "party" mode, where supposedly multiple devices can pair through bluetooth, and through a feature included on it, you can set up music to play, non-stop, as a DJ would, from both devices, through the songs each person loads into it from their own device. Kind've like a jukebox, but wirelessly. I've not tried that yet, but plan to one day. System comes with a remote, too, with all commands included in it, which is really handy, too. All in all, I'm very impressed with the sound of this system, and could only imagine how much better it would sound in a calmer setting, such as at home, where it's nice and quiet. I'd get the neighbor's attention, I guarantee that. My main hope with this system, is that it lasts anywhere near as long as my old system. Different brands, made in different time periods, so I guess I'll have to wait and see. I've used LG brand before, with several TV's, and a phone, and I was happy with all of them, so, I'm counting on this stereo system to carry on the brand's good reputation. We'll see, in time.

The sound is decent and remote control is very functional. The bluetooth is surprisingly easy to set up and use. It can connect with different devices quickly. One think I'd like to change is the size of overall design and wish it could be smaller to fit the concept of "bookshelf stereo"

This is a very nice sounding stereo. Nice and loud. Easily connected to my phone and I was playing music in no time.

This LG product is a really Great Unit for a Shelf type Sound System IN lots of respects Sound, Easy to use, lightweight, --but it really is the SOUND!!
