It was sold as an open-box item, but the customer representative did not inform me that the product was damaged and used, despite my asking about its condition. I also requested to inspect the item before delivery, but that request was denied. However, they later accepted the return and exchanged it for another unit. I paid the price difference and completed the replacement at the time of delivery.

The glass lid to the bottom drawer exploded on my child. After many phone calls on my part and poor customer service, they haven’t made it right yet. Also, delivery was repeatedly delayed on their part.

Purchased 60 days ago, it started creating chemical type smell that permeated foods and ice. Best Buy wont do anything and good luck with LG still waiting on them. As it stands now avoid...
