Had it about 3 weeks, pretty good but returning it because it was producing really slow ice had some one came look and checked it out but still didn’t produced as fast long story short if you’re looking for a fast icemaker, this isn’t it produces really slow picture attach shows it being empty produces really slow even of a party if 2 it will not keep up but besides that no other complaints

Disappointed in Bestbuy. Love the refrigerator payed the delivery guys $160 dollars for a five min job and it looks as if they cut the watwr lines on the fridge. Bestbuy said that you only get 15 days to tell them of a probkem ro contact LG. Watch where you spend your money. Would of got at least 60 days at Lowes.

Have had this refrigerator for almost 5 months. The temperature in the refrigerator is set as low as it can go. (33°F) I have multiple thermometers inside and the refrigerator temp sits around 40°F-44°F. Over night, when the fridge is not opened at all, the lowest temp record was 37°F. Have been on the phone multiple times with LG and had a repair company look at it multiple times and change multiple parts with no change in its operation. Also, the ice maker has never filled the ice bin. The fullest it has gotten is maybe half full, at best. Most of the time I can get a glass or two of ice and then it's empty. LG is still insisting on having a repair guy come out yet another time and will not authorize a return or exchange. Grabage.

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Best Buy’s delivery and installation service was so disappointing. A two-day delivery turned into a two-week ordeal due to repeated logistical errors on their end. Our delivery was rescheduled four times, leaving my family without a refrigerator for two weeks! Communicating with customer service was horrible, different representatives gave conflicting information! It has seriously made me reconsider shopping with Best Buy in the future.

Worst customer service, did not complete the install, and didn't even bother to call the customer and tell them you're not coming. 4 appointments and 4 no-shows, and they do not even bother to call the customer and let them know. I would not recommend you to anybody with customer service like we got. You have the worst customer service, no communication. I would not recommend your store to anybody! So do you think you can finish doing the job we paid for already? If it's not too much to ask, ONE P'D OFF CUSTOMER.

I haven't even received it to tell anything about it. I waited fir 12 hours on the delivery date, and nobody showed up or even called to reschedule. I had to call and wait a long time on the phone then go to the store to get another date 6 days later. Great deal of inconvenience and disappointment. Thank you, best buy, but never again.
