Pros: good space, easy to clean. Con: The temperature button is very close to the water dispenser button, and the refrigerator's temperature is constantly changing by mistake. The buttons are not illuminated. The upper part doesn't cool very well because of its size. It takes a long time to replenish the ice when it runs out, especially in summer.

Had to set at 35 to Get my cokes cold. I bought some temp gauges from Amazon to monitor temp. Has to be set on 35 to get to about 37 degrees. And doesn’t make ice fast enough for us

I've had this refrigerator for several months so I believe I can give a qualified assessment at this point; I have not installed the app as I see no point in it. It seems to be cooling ok, however the temperature settings I set refrigerator and freezer to on the outside definitely do not match what temperatures are on the inside as I purchased two separate thermometer to verify and the degree measurements were significantly higher so I don't know why or if that is a defect. The two vegetable bins are spacious enough but the shelving is poorly designed. There is no way to keep a milk or half gallon container on the shelves and the only place is inside of door which is supposed to be the least cold place to store. So, inside of the door is the only place to store taller items such as a half-gallon of milk, I doubt there would be enough width for a gallon container. The ice machine seems to be working ok, it has clogged up once but I'm hoping that will not continue to happen. The water dispenser works well so I'm happy with that. I wouldn't have purchased this refrigerator if my first choice had been available sooner, but I just couldn't continue to wait. I previously had an LG 30.7 cu ft. refrigerator which I never had one problem with until the compressor died 6 months after the 10-year warranty ran out. Because of space and design issues of my new LG, I was forced to buy a small refrigerator to keep drinks and some other items in. My biggest disappointment in this refrigerator is the having to keep milk and large containers on the inside of the door so keep that in mind if you purchase.

Ice maker jams. There is a poorly designed shelf that goes all the way across the fridge….so if you want to open the drawer, you have to open both sides of the door. Hard to get tall bottles to fit….you have to put them on the side. Not impressed….

The right door closes with effort, you need to check if you closed it tightly. I have already rebooted the ice dispenser twice. the ice sticks together, the ice maker gets stuck halfway, you need to turn it off and on again. It freezes and maintains the temperature normally

Its LG predecessor died at 12 years. The first replacement had a leak in the ice maker. They did replace it. The interior space is awkward with only the door for tall items. You cant open a crisper without opening both door. Needs better interior layout. Hard to see the dark words on front water/ice and have to hit the button twice to change modes.

This LG Refrigerator/Freezer would have been an easy 5/5 stars due to its build quality and useful features but I’m only giving it 3/5. This is the discrepancy; the small water filter size is not enough to remove the foul smell and taste out of the drinking water and ice. I tried multiple brand of water filter including the LG brand and all failed. The only fix was, I installed an additional external water filter system which did the trick. We can now enjoy a clean and fresh tasting water and ice. My old 18 year old LG Refrigerator/Freezer combo with a much larger water filter did not have a smelly and foul tasting water. So, if you’re considering this LG Model, you may experience the same issue and may need to install a similar set-up.

Had to have service come back to hook up waterline since it wasn't done on delivery even though I paid to have it done when purchased. Now the compressor is no good and it needs to be replaced. I now feel like I paid full price for a refurbished refrigerator.

We had to replace a 10-year old LG refrigerator. This model seemed like the modern version of it. But -- no adjustable shelving, no two-tier shelves, no adjustment on the door bins. And the dispenser for ice/water is shorter, with no pull-out little shelf. Have to hold a container under the spouyt to fill. What heppened LG???

Wish I would have gone with the counter depth as this one is huge. Also, ice bin for the door does not hold much. You always have to empty to the lower freezer ice bucket. Which I’m scared of because of the plastic mechanism that latches the upper door ice make opening.

This fridge is louder than a 30 year old pop machine in a high school cafeteria. You can hear it running from 2 miles away. I cannot believe how loud it is. Love the fridge aside from how annoyingly loud it is.
