I love the spaciousness of this refrigerator. This is the second one that I have had delivered. The first one, I had issues with the icemaker in water., But loved the refrigerator. This one the icemaker and water system are fine. Best Buy is great because they stand behind their products and their customers they got it right. Everything is good now I highly recommend being part of the geek system.

Love this fridge. It’s spacious and quiet. The only reason i have it a 4 star is we were told it had a dual ice maker and it does not. You have to manually dump the upper ice into the basket in the bottom drawer. If is handy to be able to store extra ice.

Pick out the Dutch-Door Refrigerator at Best Buy and loved the look and convenience. We've had it about a month and am mostly happy with the purchase. Occasionally though when trying to receive ice from the dispenser in the door, there's no response feom the ice maker. No noise from the ice maker or dispenser. Adter cycling between the crushed and cubed ice buttons the dispenser will eventually work.

This fridge replaced a side-by-side that had a broken ice maker. Overall this fridge does everything right. The right door seems like it isn't closed all the way, but it doesn't leak any air, so it's just something I wasn't used to. Plenty of space and easy to install, but the ice container in the freezer is deceiving because this fridge only has one ice maker for the door. The smart function is nice and help monitor temperature and door opening count, as well as energy usage. I just wish LG made the control pad lock only lock the temperature controls and not the dispenser.

The doors doesn’t close automatically. You have to make sure you close it. The spacing of the shelves isn’t high/low enough. The ice maker clogs up a lot.

Overall I like this fridge. The only negative to be aware of is the long drawer that pulls out requires that both doors be wide open. The higher models have a separate external drawer to avoid having to open both upper doors. Otherwise it’s a really nice fridge.

The fridge performs well and offers good cooling, with the added convenience of Wi-Fi tracking. However, the material feels somewhat cheap, and I noticed a dent on my brand-new fridge. Aside from that, the interior is well-designed and functional.

Nice refrigerator had a hard time getting the doors aligned but there good now, like having two ice outlets fridge is go to go.

Nice looking fridge with tons of room and cool "smart" features, but doesn't make enough ice for my family of four.

We’ve only had this new refrigerator for a month. So far, so good! It’s quiet, looks good and has a spacious interior. The icemaker and water dispenser on the door work well. The Best Buy delivery and setup were quick and efficient.

As a single person I like this fridge. It has plenty of room for me, and probably one extra person. The 2 issues I do have are: the ice maker is pretty small and the ice clumps up occasionally so I have to dump it all; the main fridge shelves are close together so any milk or drinks that tall must go in the door which limits how much you can have in the fridge

Love the storage capacity! Love that the door mounted ice maker doesn't consume as mich space as others! The expanded door shelves make tall or frequently used items quick and easy to find. BUT ice dispenser continues to dispense ice when glass is removed, making it nearly IMPOSSIBLE to use ice dispenser without having to pick 1 or 2 cubes off the floor! My previous LG didn't have this problem.

The refrigerator is working fine, but one of the doors has dents. The team in charge for the installation took pictures, but nothing has been fixed.

I love this refrigerator. Very stylish and looks great in my kitchen. Huge refrigerator section and the freezer is quite large. Doesn’t make a lot of ice, going to try the ice plus feature. Some of the door shelves are narrow on the left hand side. Also doesn’t have a covered area for the butter. So much nicer than my Frigidaire side by side refrigerator.

I like the roominess of the refrigerator section although there is limited space for taller items unless you adjust the shelves. Also, cannot put much weight in the left-side door shelves (where ice maker is) otherwise the door will "crash" shuts (it slams quite hard). Has a small ice maker too so wouldn't be good if you need a larger amount of ice.

Quiet Space- deeper rather than shallow which allows for more storage. Still trying to figure out the inside icemaker.

Best Buy delivered the refrigerator but could not install it. I should of have known but was never told to turn off the water value prior to the delivery. Did everything on the checklist that Best Buy asked of me except for the one (major) thing. Spoke Customer Service which she indicated that the Sales person should of mentioned it. It would be nice to add it to the checklist so I hope Best Buy includes it for future buyers. A week later (due to my scheduling conflicts), the refrigerator got installed. This different crew were professional even though they were on a time crunch. Overall, the refrigerator had plenty of storage. I downloaded the app for see what features it had which was OK. The app shows number of times the freezer/refrigerator doors got opened, control the temperatures remotely and other so so things.

I've had my fridge for over a year now, and it's continuing to work wonderfully. It took some getting used to to figure out how best to set up the shelves for best organization and where to put tall bottles (like wine) if I wanted them upright (I keep them in the door). My only complaint is that since the ice maker is in the door of the fridge, the capacity is quite small, and I often need to go and unstick the slightly melted/sublimated cubes - especially during the warmer months.

Thus far I'm very pleased with this refrigerator. It has an abundance of space to hold the basics as well as all the extra food for the July 4th party. My side by side could never! I have to get used to closing the doors properly because it needs more than a soft touch to close. Good thing for the door alarm to remind you. As for noise I barely hear it running. On occasion I will jewr it rev up and then ice comes down but nothing too crazy. Overall, I'm pleased with refrigerator and I couldn't beat the price.
