Nice Tv, but not impressed with the Web Os. I found the Remote difficult to navigate with. It has the magic remote. Bought me a universal remote for LG TV just so I could navigate the system. Took me awhile to figure out how to get my streaming apps to work. Not user friendly for this old lady lol Almost sent the TV back.Once I finally figured it out after 2 days, GOGGLING AND YOUTUBE from my phone,it’s working fine. First time experience with an LG tv. Stuff on it I will probably never use. Beautiful picture, Still navigating getting the sound right.

Picture quality is good but I would say if you were watching another lower priced brand you would not notice the difference. The one thing that disappointed me the most (to the point I'm considering a return) is the sound quality. AI sound doesn't allow you to customize using the equalizer and standard sound which does allow the equalizer doesn't produce anything decent. Overall every sound option & setting just makes the tv sound like it's in a tin can. The sound is very hollow & I just can't get past that. People say add a sound bar but that seems like a waste considering the tv isn't cheap. The remote is difficult to navigate with the pointer always seeming like it wants to point somewhere else. The TV does not display the time so if you're watching tv and want to know what time it is, don't trying pressing the menu button. Overall, this tv is more like using a computer than a tv. If you want to watch regular stations, you're better off with an older tv that performs basic functions. I'm not concerned with downloading a bunch of random, untested apps to put on my tv. If I wanted to do that, I have a cell phone with unlimited internet. Overall I'm super disappointed!

Disappointed. Yes, it's big and has lots of pixels. But I shopped and shopped trying to find a non-glare, matte LG screen for my computer. This wasn't it. Mostly I see the windows in my office — can't even use the left 20 percent of the monitor. All the LG chats, GPT queries and web searches returned contradictory advice. In-store product experts were absent. I finally took a shot on the 43QNED82A. Missed the target. But wait, there's less: The remote control is a bad joke, the user interface is anti-intuitive, and nothing is documented. Disappointed.

The LG tv is not user friendly with my cable company. Requires I use 2 remotes for TV. Unable to turn on cable directly when turning on TV

Buy the 70A Model. It is actually better than this. The 70A is back-lit. This is edge lit..... and you can see the color gaps.
