There's a lot to like about this television. Unlike many near the same price point, it has a full-featured remote with number buttons and other settings. The program guide for live TV is excellent. You can make fine adjustments to the picture. And the price was great. Where it failed for me and was the disappointing picture and somewhat lagging channel change. I watch a lot of over-the-air content. It's a 4K TV and HDR. Most broadcast is HD or less. I expected a better job of upresolving Honestly the image on my years old high-definition TV is better. I literally put them side by side and tried tweaking the LG image, but it just looked soft with artifacting in areas of solid color and around the edges of letters and logos. That and it would take maybe almost a second to load the next channel as I hit up on the remote. So does my old TV lag, but, again, I hoped for an improvement. So, I kept the old one and returned the new one.

Ordered on-line to avoid the store during the last few days before and after Christmas. Item arrived damaged and the only option given was return it to the store. NOT ACCEPTABLE. Bring a replacement to my house.

Pretty pricy all things considered but it get's the job done. Picture quality is decent and same for sound. Don't really care about "smart" features.

I wish there were more options to change color contrasts and it lags on loading to access your apps. The it's sound is okay.

Good price and good quality in terms of build - but very slow and laggy. Apps take a while to load, live tv takes a long time to buffer... wouldn't recommend.

I had a difficult time installing the feet/legs. I couldn't get the screws tight enough. I feel longer screws may help to make it sturdier. It's kind of "wonky" and looks like it could topple over.

Be prepared to encounter a slow processor! The interface with the LG app & the remote control isnt user friendly. There is no 10 second rewind or Alexa button on the remote controller.

The first one stopped working after 8 days for no reason. LG offered to send someone out but couldn’t assure me it wouldn’t cost me, so I returned it to Best Buy and got another at the same flash sale price. So far so good, but it’s only been a week. Picture and sound quality is very good.

Good TV but overly complicated remote control. Too many buttons and difficult to initially set up the TV.

Overall I was not impressed with customer service ( 20 plus yrs restaurant management and 20 yrs in retail ) I was greeted at the door but from there all went down hill _ I realize it's a outlet store but customer service is customer. So far the product I purchased is working well and I do feel I got a good bargain.

My old LG TV was superior to my new one. I dislike the remote in particular!!! It is difficult to navigate.

Kinda slow and buggy but works good once you're watching something. I do not recommend for gaming even though it has a game optimizer mode.

Great picture but sound isn’t the best. I got a cheap sound bar to go with it

Difficult to set up in terms of programming. You need to have a PHD to get the TV connected! My husband should receive an award for finally getting the TV setup!!!

Tv works well, it says alexa ready, but it does not have a remote to use the alexa so you have to buy another remote for the alexa to actually work, but I bought it and it still doesn't work.

Decent TV, potential cable connectivity issues. It’s got pretty good color but the sound isn’t there best.

Very nice colors but OH MY what is this remote like back in 1996 so old with to many keys and the OK button is really bad.

Every time I turn the TV on I have to set it back to HDMI 1. It's distracting and it wastes time to do so.
