LG air conditioner
Great air conditioner! Cools the room quickly and I love the washable filters. I would have given it 4 stars but, it's louder than i expected and although it haa wheels, its heavy.

Prety and cools well
Fantastic. Cools down a high ceing livingroom with innected kitchen. Our orientation is west and we get direct sun, but this ac cools it down. Instalation is easy. Design is nice and sleek.

Avoid LG and this A/C
I purchased this model after owning 3 other LG A/C units. While this one can cool, it will not shutoff at the set temperature. I contacted LG and told to reset it by unplugging it while it was running. They said to wait a few weeks then let them know if there were still problems. It continued to run well past the set temperature despite constant resets. I called LG back and was informed that this model does not have an 'energy saver' mode. I was told it will never shut off when it reaches the set temperature. The temperature on the panel is only there to tell it when to turn on. In my case, it was set to 72, and would run when the room was down to 64 or below. Best buy closed the return window 2 weeks after purchase so now I am stuck with an A/C I have to constantly unplug to get it to stop running. None of my other A/C units work this way, and LG is stating BS so they don't have to honor the warranty or address the issue. I asked to confirm this twice with LG and got the same answer each time. My recommendation: AVOID this unit and buy your A/C from someone with more than a 2-week return window.
