LG makes fantastic OLED televisions. Amazingly deep colors with infinite contrast. The processor is very fast, faster than most. High speed HDMI ports made for gaming with HDR, it's a powerful tv. As soon as you click YouTube or Netflix, it's up. It has a very bright screen, brighter than earlier models of OLEDs. You'll have no problem in a bright room. It powers up quickly and the revised remote control is intuitive, and when you hold the volume button down continuously, it automatically mutes. It's super thin and looks great. One of the loudest OLED tvs I've used, but the sound isn't very deep. The AI audio does help, but I would recommend a sound bar.

I honestly have no idea what LG was thinking with the remote on this TV. The picture quality is excellent and the TV itself looks great, but the remote design really takes away from the experience. There’s no dedicated mute button, and the motion controller feature randomly turns on and acts like a Wii-style pointer, which can be pretty frustrating to deal with. The center “OK” button also sticks out quite a bit and feels awkward to press. It’s very easy to hit accidentally. The TV is mounted in my bedroom, and the sound seems a little quieter than expected as well. I’m not that old, so I don’t think it’s my hearing. Overall, the display is impressive, but LG really needs to rethink the remote control design. It’s probably the most frustrating part of an otherwise good TV.

The LG C5 is truly amazing. Aside from the obvious picture detail, the brightness in this TV is great. Especially if you are in a darker room as I am. I have lights on, but they are not bright. If you are in a super bright room, then OLED may not be way to go or QD-OLED might a better option for you as this is a W-OLED. The C5 offers 1 major thing I personally love and that is being able to adjust a lot of the settings. Some OLEDs don't allow it and some allow very few customizations. Here I am able to adjust both Brightness AND Peak Brightness along with the Aspect Ratio, Color Depth, tint, white balance, clarity, resolution and more. If you are coming from Roku or Google TV then Web OS will be different but not bad at all. If you stay on the menu long, then eventually a moveable screen saver appears. Those who use Apple 4k TV will know exactly what it is. For Web OS you are able to remove the ADs that pop up so keep that in mind if you are like me and do not like ADs at all. LG gave you the option to remove them. Sound Quality is good, but I can't speak much to it since I use headphones most of the time. From what I can hear, I would definitely look into a soundbar if you are big into movies or anime. Burn in will always be there BUT it is very rare now days. Make sure you turn on the OLED care features. This automatically adjust the pixels. The only people that should worry about burn in now days are those that use it on 1 channel for 8-12 hours a day. Those people are usually the ones that watch FOX News or CNN but this happens around 2000-3000 hours of everyday usage which is about 8-12 months in. The TV also has a feature that if you want to leave a channel on all day but mainly for background noise or want to listen to music on your TV then you can turn off the screen while the TV is still on. This is a GREAT feature I personally use. But just use your TV. Don't get too caught up online with burn in because it will make you question everything and the point of you getting a new TV is for you to enjoy it.

LG makes the best TV and this one is great. The brightness and colors is perfect in the day time sun and darkness at night. Very minimal glare during peak daytime sun. We were limited on space so the 48" was as big as we could have in our living room. Have had the TV for a month and the only issue I have is the TV does not show the volume numbers just an up or down setting. Great overall TV and will buy from this company in the future.

Our new TV, in comparison to our old one, has us feeling like we've moved out of the dark ages into Wonderland. Wow to the pure colors, 3-D, & great sound. For our small media room & the wall dimensions, it's a perfect size.

Been wanting this tv ever since the CX came out. Now that i have the C5 i am super happy with my purchase. The TV is beautiful. The picture quality is amazing. Primarily using the 48” model as my work monitor and let me say that having the extra real estate is nice! It’s also refreshing that after work i can simply turn on my hooked up Xbox and unwind. If you’re on the fence, just go with it!

We have two identical tvs in different sizes. The picture and functionality is identical. It’s very thin and great for a confined space.

I'm blown away. Completely. 100000%. Used for 2 weeks now as a PC/Gaming monitor. Hooked up my PS5 to my 86" LG LED after I used this for a week Ave it's crazy how bad it looks. OLED will soon everything wrist for you. Lol. Be ready.

I love my new TV! The colors are nice and bright and the picture looks very good. The sound is nice and you can adjust it to your preferences. I wish the remote had a mute button and numbers on it because that's what I'm used to. I really like the shortcuts on it. AndI like that it's nice and thin.

I’ve been using the LG OLED Evo AI since September 1st, and after several months, I can confidently say this TV is a game-changer. The picture quality is absolutely stunning, blacks are deep, colors are vibrant, and every detail feels sharp thanks to the Evo panel. Watching both movies and gaming feels immersive, HDR content pops like never before, and the AI-powered picture enhancement really makes standard content look impressive. One of the things that I look for in TVsis the sleek and minimalistic.

This tv is incredible! Definitely a bit of a learning curve and some adjustment to tone down the saturation and contrast, but I couldn't imagine wanting more from a tv. The sound is good, even before adding a soundbar. The blacks can be totally black and show details in dark areas. You can see this picture from any angle.

I love this tv. I really enjoy watching my anime shows in the Oled screen. The colors look stunning, and I got a good deal on this tv. Also the workers at Best Buy are so nice and take their time explaining the tv technology for all brands.

The LG 48’’ C5 OLED evo AI exceeded my expectations. The picture quality is outstanding — true blacks, vibrant colors, and incredibly sharp detail. webOS runs smoothly and navigating apps is fast and easy. Shipping was also great; the TV arrived well-packaged and protected. Overall, I’m very satisfied with both the product and the delivery. Highly recommended.

The picture is crisp and so clear. I would have given it 5 stars but I had to call support for an issue with the software. AI features didn’t work properly and a few of the picture options were grayed out. After a couple contacts the issues have improved some. The Hi LG feature has a few glitches

While a little bit on the expensive side compared to some of its other competitors, this TV is a worthwhile buy based on its picture, sound quality, and sturdy setup. The remote is different from the C4 version and takes some getting used to.

Great picture, love the home hub to change inputs. Like the magic remote to ask where I can find a movie I am looking for.
