Vivid colors/black blacks/white/whites.....Parts to stand were incorrect. Confusing and vague set up instructions. After many hours trying to sync to cable system and LG Sound Bar purchased with TV, gave up and hired Geek Squad to set up system. System dropped out sound , could not shut down TV with cable remote? Cable company determined sync function was not reacting to inputs. Cable technician, after many attempts did get system to sync. Unless you have electronics expertise, get someone to set up this TV.....Like the picture, used as primary TV in family room!

The TV itself is fine. I'm not sure it's worth the $1000 we paid for it, but the picture quality is good, finetuning the color adjustment is cumbersome, the brightness is sufficient for bright rooms. I can't speak to the sound because we have an AV receiver and stand-alone speakers. The screen is very reflective which is annoying. The "Magic Remote" is absolutely awful. It's one of those with the cursor that displays on the TV. The cursor sometimes lags behind hand movements. There is no number keypad on the remote, so to change channels you either have to go through the guide (pain in the neck with a gazillion channels) or press a key on the remote to display a number pad on the TV screen and select the numbers with the cursor. If the cursor lags before you select all three or four numbers, the TV changes to a channel not intended. Start again...and again...and again...forget it, find the cable remote! We would have returned the TV if we were still within the return window because of the lousy remote. We thought we'd get used it. After 4 weeks, we *hate* the remote.

No manual for operating remote. Online instructions are difficult to print. Took a long time just hunting and making mistakes to figure out using remote. Sound is not as good as I was promised. Not much difference in range from low to high. Picture is OK but my last TV (Samsung) had better contrast. For the price I expected better quality. I won't buy another LG product.

Smart TV's are a hassle. I got this one because it was OLED 4K and HDR, but I virtually never use the smart TV aspect. I had to use Gemini to show me how to turn off all updates, ads and bloatware and now it's performing nicely as just a TV, not a smart TV. "Smart TV" stands for Stupid Machine And Really Terrible TV. The best TVs are not smart ones. This one suffices when you turn off all smartness/bloatness. The fact that it even lets you turn all that off is a plus.

TV came out incorrect stand parts. You could not replace them and I just had to return everything. Sales person was rude.
