Picture is amazing as is the sound however having to continually set my network is annoying

The LG 48’’ C5 OLED evo AI exceeded my expectations. The picture quality is outstanding — true blacks, vibrant colors, and incredibly sharp detail. webOS runs smoothly and navigating apps is fast and easy. Shipping was also great; the TV arrived well-packaged and protected. Overall, I’m very satisfied with both the product and the delivery. Highly recommended.

The picture is crisp and so clear. I would have given it 5 stars but I had to call support for an issue with the software. AI features didn’t work properly and a few of the picture options were grayed out. After a couple contacts the issues have improved some. The Hi LG feature has a few glitches

Excellent TV with amazing visuals. Be wary of excellent condition open box option i got mine with paint chipping on the side(easy fix but yeah)

This may occur with every tv, but I was expecting it to not happen with a 2025 version. It is a bit glitchy, but other than that, it is great!!

Haven’t used this tv enough to form an opinion either way for now. One thing I will say is the remote leaves much to be desired with the stupid cursor that pops up when you don’t want it. Picture quality is good. Sound quality is ok . I expected a little more.

The picture quality of this TV is phenomenal. The fact that it is WIFI capable is a huge plus. But a major complaint is that the TV did not provide a operating manual. Instead, it gave a link to be able to download the manual. The downloaded manual gave OK installation instructions but was a total zero on operating instructions.

This is a big improvement over our 15 year old Sony Bravia, the images are crisp and lifelike. The only complaint that I have is that many of the picture modes are too dark. Especially cinema. So I have it set on vibrant. I know I've read that people have complained about that and there have been some things fixed with updates, but I think they need to send some more updates out. Still we love the TV.

Fairly easy to setup. Great picture. Audio not as good as I expected but still very good. Would recommend it

We love the TV. It is user friendly. The picture & sound quality is good. We would recommend this set.
This is an awesome television. The magic remote takes a bit of getting use to but if you adjust the speed / sensitivity you may find it easier to use. I set up my preferences and shift around the apps to make the one I use easier to get to. I will not go into specs since you can see those online but I can say the display looks amazing.

Picture quality is excellent. However the TV is very difficult to set up using a cable remote. My Samsung set up in minutes, the LG is still a work in progress. The LG will eventually work however you have to go through manual steps instead an automatic setup like the Samsung.

Excellent visually! Sound is fine. Suggest giving written instruction booklet for older purchasers and those who aren't smartphone whizzes. Doesn't mirror all phones. Software updates from either LG or YouTube TV resulted in YT going dark.

Don’t like the start up screen. Multiple steps needed to get to the desired screen. Illustrations to complete set up were very difficult to decipher. Better documentation for set up would be more helpful. Shouldn’t need to have to agree to all the forms and then navigate through settings to opt out. Picture and sound quality are good. Like the solidness of the stand.

We had some issues during set-up. The LG remote has to be used to turn the TV on and off. Our other TVs only require the dish remote.

First time trying a true OLED. Amazing picture but as I work on the road (could be on a job for 3 months or 11 months). It’s thinner than I thought it would be and it’s much harder to move it so often so I returned. Outside of that it’s a 5/5 tv that anyone would be happy with.

Very disappointed with sound quality. The set does not respond well to increasing the volume. In some instances I have to increase the volume to 90% in order to get a modicum of sound. There may be something wrong with the set and I will have to arrange for a service call. Not happy.

TV works well and am very satisfied. My only quibble is the design of the remote control, adding a small wheel to control the cursor is a bad idea.

Clear and detailed picture, technology on pace with the competition, but a bit pricy.

Fantastic. This is my second LG, first is still going but has a short pixel flare at the bottom and is 7 years old. I use mine 48 inch through a home theater system using the cable system remote and have not found a way to keep the same input at each on and off. Otherwise it would be 5 stars.
